I rarely hold any expectations of the first google search result to pop-up, but I have been desperate to sort out this Mold situation my landlord has been failing to acknowledge and remediate this first year of our lease…Now that we are renewing the lease, I am finally getting my own objective third-party opinion on the situation via inspection… and it’s free!Tracy was exceedingly understanding thru the call, and scheduled our inspection promptly for next Monday; even assuring me the ammo of the remediation estimate will be an effective step in pressing this property negligence out of my residence and family’s compromised immune systems. My only regret is that I didn’t take the gamble on google and reach out sooner.Thank you Tracy!
