This person was the CEO of another company called Genesis that went bankrupt. He did not disclose this until well into the permitting process with some excuses of domain issues as I had to find him on LinkedIn to get a hold of him (Sergio Torrente). They took $9,654 that I will never see in terms of building or otherwise. Beware!!!

The owner of company, Sergio Torrente, is a crook. He stole $21k, from me and my wife. Did NO work and now refuses to even speak with us. Stay away from this crook and anything that he is involved with.
