I can say with confidence that I have never had a better experience working with a company in all my life. The idea of replacing our roof filled me with a dread that woke me up nights, but the day that I made the appointment to have J&M come out and give me an estimate was the honestly one of the best days of my life. I am not exaggerating. Chris Neyman walked me through the entire process of roof replacement, as well as dealing with my insurance company–and he really did most of the work in that respect. He kept me constantly in the loop, checked in with me regularly, answered all my texts after two minutes–even on weekends, was present at my home for every step of the process–just, outstanding.Later in the process I also had the pleasure of dealing with Cory Fuhrman who is another of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, helpful and responsive professionals one could ever encounter. On more than one occasion he came back to my home when I had the smallest question or concern, and from the walk-through to personally walking my property with a magnet to make sure there were no nails or debris left behind to harm us, he was a reliable and trustworthy advocate.With J&M there are no surprises in the process. They are totally upfront, not at all pushy, they tell you absolutely everything you need to know, everything you can expect will happen, how long things will probably take, exactly what you are responsible for financially–and will do everything in their power to mitigate that as well! This company re-roofed booth my neighbors, 1 was 3 months ago and the other this week. I should have left a review the first time but here it is. Both jobs the guy Cory and a few of the roofers, knocked on my door and asked if he could walk my property to pick up loose debris and nails with some magnetic stick. My dog and my car tires appreciate that extra step and courtesy. It’s weird that little something goes a long way in todays world!

From start to finish Cory was committed involved and efficient dealing with the home owners insurance . Every step was explained and expedited with ease and professionalism . His team was courteous, organized and after completion they picked up every single piece of debris ..followed by a walk through with Cory to make sure we were satisfied with their work . I can 100 percent recommend this company with the certainty that they will deliver , and complete the job in a timely manner . We were extremely satisfied with the amount of professionalism , expertise and follow up we had with Cory . Our roof looks great .

We recently had damage to our roof due to wind. We called J& M Roofers faded on recommendations from two of our neighbors. Andrew came, inspected our roof and confirmed that there was significant damage present.We chose to hire J & M Roofing to do our roof replacement. Andrew sat down with us and explained the entire process we would be going through to get our roof replaced. He even guided us in making a claim with our insurance company!Our new roof has now been installed. Andrew, Hamilton, Shane(or was his name Shawn?) and the entire team did a great job! I’ve edited my 5 star review. I originally left 5 stars due to a work “contest” the salesmen were in to help them win a prize. Now after using their services this company is AWFUL. Worst communication ever. The owner’s wife, Heather, who works as the bookeeper is rude and unprofessional. Losing checks, sending late notices with late fees before the job was completed were just a few issues and any communication to resolve the issues with her was met with ridiculous excuses. I also was instructed to hire their attorney they work with to fight for my claim to be paid out with my insurance company. After paying him $1,500 it was brought to my attention that all the attorney did was call and found out the check went to the wrong address months before he was hired. If JM did their job and followed up with the claim they would have known that. I basically paid $1,500 for nothing. They also notarized my NOC illegally. Beware of hiring this company and any reviews that you see that references an employee because they’re probably fake from their “contests”.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I am so happy my neighbors turned me to J&M Roofing that I thought I would share my experience. It's been a rough year and I was dreading the thought of paying out of pocket for a new roof. We haven't had any problems with our roof since we purchased our house back in 2003. Over the years, we started getting leaks and have gotten the roof repaired a few times now. However anytime there is a big storm, we end up getting even more leaks. But then our neighbors told us they got their roof replaced through J&M Roofing and only had to pay their insurance deductible. So I called J&M and was connected to Aaron Virgilio, who did a free inspection of our roof, helped us file a claim through our insurance, and oversaw the entire roof replacement process. Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He addressed all of our concerns and made himself available late in the evenings after we got off work and on the weekends as well. Aaron was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I own a property in the Tampa area (Riverview) and had some shingle damage from a bad wind storm that came through the area. Aaron was quick to respond, promptly inspected my roof, and further managed my claim with the insurance company. Aaron from J&M was awesome. We were very nervous about the whole process and he walked us through and explained every step. During the initial inspection, Aaron took lots of pictures to show us our issues and helped explain how the process with the insurance company would go. He was right on the money! When we hit a road bump with our insurance company he explained what they needed from us and we were able to get a new roof installed quickly. J&Ms roofing crew showed up when they said they would and worked almost non-stop. End result was a beautifull roof and we are sure our home is ready to weather future storms.
