We closed the house on August 10, 2022 with the promise that KC Construction would complete the repair of the defects found in the walk through within 15 days of the closing day. After KC Construction sent several people to check the construction defects and after several attempts and excuses from KC Construction, they sent a person to correct some paint defects inside the house. After that, I have approached Kelvin Castillo on several occasions, to which he did not answer until I informed him that if they did not complete the repairs, I was going to take legal action against them. On Friday, November 18, 2022, Kelvin Castillo showed up at the residence along with another employee to begin repairing the driveway, the slabs, among other things. After being in the house for about 15 minutes he said that he had to go and that he would be back in 2 hours, but they never came back. According to the signed contract, the repairs are supposed to be completed on or before August 25, 2022 and as of today, November 20, 2022, they have not completed even half of what they had to repair. KC Construction is an irresponsible company, unprofessional, does poor quality work, and is uncooperative in honoring warranty. Stay away from them! Don't hire their services unless you want to pay to have them do a lousy job.Service: New home construction

Does not honor warranty. Roof that is still under warranty has been leaking and he gave me the run around and stopped responding to calls and emails.

Contacted KC to come out and make a repair on a warranted roof they installed. Communicated with Kelvin multiple times.He said someone was coming to make repairs. No one ever showed up and Kelvin stopped answering the phone. Really shady business practices. Stand behind your work and your warranty and stop screwing people over!

We have used KC Construction to remodel our kitchen, bathrooms and replace our floors in our previous home. We were pleased with the quality work they did and will be using them again in our new home! Can’t wait to see the final result!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They did my roof less than five years ago and I have warranty on it as per the contract. The roof is leaking and they keep saying they are going to come out and take a look but they haven't!!! It's been over a month!! This is not a good company and they do not do good quality work!!!

Roof shingles were damaged tried to call to get fixed, no one responds to email or phone messages.Now I will have to pay someone else to fix.

Hicimos el cierre de la casa el 10 de agosto 2022 con la promesa de que KC Construction () iba a completar la reparación de los defectos encontrados en el “walk through” dentro de los 15 días posteriores al día de cierre. Después de enviar a varias personas a verificar los defectos de construcción y luego de varios intentos y excusas de parte del contratista, enviaron a una persona a corregir algunos defectos en la pintura del interior de la casa. Luego de eso, he hecho el acercamiento en varias ocasiones a Kelvin Castillo, los cuales no contestó hasta que no le informé que si no completaban las reparaciones iba a proceder legalmente en contra de KC Construction. El viernes 18 de noviembre de 2022, se presentó en la residencia Kelvin Castillo junto a otro empleado para comenzar la reparación del “driveway”, de las losas, entre otras cosas. Después de estar alrededor de 15 minutos en la casa dijo que se tenía que ir y que regresaría en 2 horas, pero nunca regresó. De acuerdo al contrato firmado, se supone que las reparaciones estuviesen completadas en o antes del 25 de agosto de 2022 y al día de hoy, 20 de noviembre de 2022 no han completado ni la mitad de lo que tenían que reparar. KC Construction es una compañía irresponsable, poco profesional, realiza trabajos de baja calidad y poco cooperativos a la hora de honrar la garantía. No contrate sus servicios a menos que quiera pagar para que realicen un trabajo nefasto.Service: New home construction
