January, 2022. This company made me ask for a loan of $100,000. They took all the money, they put solar panels on my house, that don't work and they were going to remodel my house. My whole house was destroyed and I was left with debt and had to take out more loans to finish my house. Now I'm paying $500 a month for the $100,000 loan and I'm still paying the $170 electricity bill with Duke Energy. And I'm paying over $2000 extra Loans and Credit Cards every month, that I had to use to finish my house. Please do not do business with this company. I'm not lying, the pictures and video say it all.

If I could put negative stars I would. Honestly the most irresponsible company I have ever worked with. As mentioned by a previous reviewer they are super quick with getting the solar panels up but anything further best of luck. Signed our contact in April and we are STILL waiting for them to decide when to start. I have been given various start dates and that day arrives and no call/no show until I call frustrated almost in tears because of how incompetent they are. I am now 5 months pregnant and it is beyond me how they can gladly sign all these contracts take their check and then the clients/customers are left paying for an incomplete project. On a supposed “list” for reimbursement that no one ever ever resolves. Not to mention that there are many 5 star reviews here from their employees just to boost their rating. It is complete false advertisement and truly what an injustice to have to deal with this l almost a year later.

They wont answer your calls. They installed solar panels on my house and it can't pass the county inspection. They dont pick up my calls to get it fixed. Avoid this company or any business from these guys

They supposed to do on my home a Solar panels installation , water heater thank replacements to a hybrid one , and patio with screen porch and outdoor kitchen with bar .They put the solar panels but since April 2022 I’m being waiting for my outdoor proyect to be finish . Will Ruiz owner of this company went to my house and establish in front of Jared Delgado (sales ) , his wife , and me and omar gavalo that he will finish my proyect by July 17 2022 .obviously he fail . Then the finally make screen porch for November to December 2022 . Since then also I’m being waiting for my outdoor kitchen to be finish and they never pick the phone calls nobody . I being trying to communicate with Will Ruiz , Beverly his daughter both of them never pick up the phone or text !! I call Jared and David ( Mananger of construction ) and nobody can tell me anything about when they will be finish . We spend 128,000 in solar panels with the outdoor construction and we are already paying the loan and still waiting for this people to do their jobs properly.Also now the water heater tank have a leaking .Think about it .

Horrible experience! Company NEVER answers calls, respond to voicemails or emails. My solar panels have not been working properly for more than a month and I've been trying to get in contact with them with any response at all. My advice... DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I'm really happy with My Next Home Improvement because they replace the roof of my house and looks amazing, they use quality product and their workers are really profesional one week later they install my solar system and is working great, since the very first month Im receiving credits on my electric bill, my past electric bill was for over $400 and now is $0, I recommend Jared and Keila, they both have a lot of knowledge of every home Improvement project. Thanks guys for helping me to get rid of electric bills.

This company is very unreliable, signed a contract with them last October to do a patio extention and screening job and they still haven't completed the job, the only thing that got done do far was the extention which was done exactly 25 days ago and since then I've been calling them to complete the screen and they are always on vacation. They already got paid for the job.. I would never recommend this company to any friend or family.
