I completed a new home with Posada Custom Homes in 2017, and I can honestly say the experience was TRULY AMAZING!!! I LOVE MY HOME! I would build again with Posada Custom Homes in a heartbeat!! Carlos and his team were such a joy to work with throughout the process, from initial designs to move in day. When the process ended, we were all sad that we would not be having our regular weekly meeting to discuss the project. Carlos is such a caring, creative, and trustworthy individual. This permeates the culture of his business. I do believe anyone would be hard pressed to find an Orlando builder with a better reputation. Look around and you will see!As to the quality and care of Posada Custom Homes, they are extremely professional, managing budgets and details to a tee. I have seen this man work after hours at night. Helping a client moving in getting her shelves adjusted in the custom cabinets in her new house. I also maintenance lots of homes in Winter Park and from new to older homes he has built are better then any other builders in Winter Park!
