Went to S&W Kitchens for complete redesign and renovation of two bathrooms at the same time and met professional, talented people who became friends and trusted advisors. Carol Twomey is a creative, insightful and warm designer who gently guided us out of our comfort zone while always respecting our particular taste, and she never stopped pushing the project forward. She and the rest of the crew made sure every stone, tile and piece of hardware was picked, placed and polished to our complete satisfaction. We came to S&W based on their reputation, we stayed because of their dedication.

Zero communication and the 14 week project exceeded 28 weeks and since we met the 90% completion in their opinion regarding full payment I am extremely anxious they will never finish. The high cost does not equal exceptional customer service; quite the opposite. I would not recommend S&W to my worst enemy. I would have taken the risk with a smaller contractor knowing what I k ow now.

PegCKitchen RemodelOur experience with S & W was 100% positive from beginning to end!Our Kitchen Designer from the Winter Park/Orlando location was Carol T***** and our Superintendent was Davin J*******, both were excellent, very knowledgeable and responsive. Along with Carol, Griffin was very influential in our decision to go with S & W for our kitchen remodel. All would return calls immediately and were readily available as needed. They were responsive if change orders were requested and didn’t try to nickel and dime us. They always followed up to see that the change orders were accomplished. They had a positive attitude, promoted S & W in every way, yet looked out for our best interests in all aspects. We were (are) very happy and satisfied with the completed job S & W Kitchens performed for us. It was done in a timely manner and all workers were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, did their job and moved on to their next appointment. We definitely would use S & W Kitchens again. We appreciate their professionalism!

I am thrilled with the end result on my completely renovated kitchen and bath. It’s beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for, and dreamed of. I am glad I hired S & W Kitchens and have no regrets.The project took a longer time it would have taken pre-pandemic. There were various challenges due to some supply and mostly societal issues beyond our control. I was patient and polite. Ultimately it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I am delighted.I give tremendous credit to my job superintendent, Adam Rivera. Adam is trustworthy, dependable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Project Manager Justin Crump was invaluable in getting several issues resolved. Justin gets results, in the best possible way. He’s smart and articulate, too. These men both follow through and keep their word. It’s rare to find such individuals in our world. It’s likely more rare to find them when engaging in a home renovation.I used S & W so I could continue to work. They do background checks on their subcontractors. With my job I couldn’t be supervising the contractor and subs from home on a daily basis. There were a few days when big things were happening that I opted to be on site to observe and understand.I am truly thankful for the job well done and the effort put forth on my behalf. Hiring S&W Kitchens to do my kitchen remodel was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. My designer, Mary Burkhammer, was outstanding and she was there with me all the way. The entire staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable, polite, dependable, and true craftsmen. The whole process was totally STRESS FREE for me;no one I know who has done a complete kitchen remodel from floor to ceiling has ever been able to say that. The entire project took just 21 working days and my new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. The S & W crew rolls like a well-oiled machine! Love them and would hire them again, hopefully for a couple of bathroom remodels in the future.

We recently completed a Master Bathroom renovation and were very pleased with the final result. Krista, our designer, provided a fabulous plan, consistent with existing space constraints and our specific wishes. She provided excellent choices of materials within our price range, and every detail was priced before the project started. The project manager, Tim, and all the other highly skilled professionals were polite and considerate, with a professional approach to the job. My wife and I heard about S&W kitchens from our friends at Real Radio 104.1. After doing a little homework of our own, it was a rather easy decision to go with them for our kitchen renovation. We weren't planning on remodeling our kitchen however due to a leak in our old dishwasher we were forced into the situation. At first, we were somewhat concerned with the timeframe, budget, and the quality of product we would be able to afford. My wife had a vision in her mind of what she wanted the kitchen to look like. Fortunately, we ended up working with an amazing designer at S&W Kitchens, Sarah Kraus. Not only was Sarah able to offer us several high-quality options within our budget, but she also worked diligently with us to provide an itemized list of the products and services that were in scope for the renovation which was required by our insurance provider. We met with Sarah personally in the S&W showroom as well as in our home on several occasions and she worked around our busy schedule to accommodate us. Once the design was completed and construction was underway, Sarah made sure to keep us informed on what work would be done and by whom. As with any major construction project, there are always a few hiccups along the way. What impressed me the most about Sarah and S&W Kitchens was the confident reassurance that they would take on any unforeseen issues in stride and ensure the job was done not only to meet our requirements but also to meet their standard of excellence. Sarah was easy to communicate with by phone, e-mail and in person to discuss any concerns. With little to no delay she provided us with a remediation plan each time as well as a follow-up to ensure any and all issues were taken care of. In the end, my wife and I are extremely happy to say that our kitchen is now picture perfect, and with the customized personal design, our house feels even more like our home. A big thanks to Sarah and the rest of the S&W team that made it all happen.

Was in store for 25-30 minutes yesterday with my wife and completely ignored. Within 10 minutes we knew what we wanted, by looking ourselves, and still nothing.He was busy with a couple the entire time that I don’t think purchased. I understand you are with someone, but be professional and let us know what timeframe we are looking at for service.Deciding if it’s even worth it to go back.

We hired them to remodel two bathrooms and outdoor grill. The did the demo on June 2021. Our designer Sarah K went on maturnity leave right before demo and S and W didn't have any replacement for her. Materials were order wrong, causing delay after delay. Our first GM Brian P quit after demo. The subs they use are terrible. Installed the wrong tile in the wrong bathroom, installed our tub wrong, painted over wet spackle (had to repaint our bathroom 4 times), hung up towel racks without anchors (fell at first use), didn't install the show pan right causing leaks and water damage. The second GM Pete C. tried to cover up water damage. After almost a year, our master shower is still gutted. We are having to file a claim with our insurance for repairs and to finish the job. Maybe they use to be good, but this company can't be trusted to do competent work or even not to damage the customers house.

Our experience with S&W Kitchens was nothing short of exceptional. Our design coordinator (Mary Burkhammer) was invaluable in helping navigate the complexities of selecting colors, styles and materials that fit our tastes. Her attention to detail was amazing, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our kitchen remodel.Brian Popp was our project coordinator ensuring the least amount of disruption and coordinating the various trade professionals, inspectors and overseeing the installation. The contractors that S&W used for the installation of our cabinets and countertops can only be described as perfectionists which every S&W client can appreciate.We could not be happier with the results. We hired S&W Kitchens to renovate our Master Bath. Sarah Kraus was our designer. Sarah was a joy and pleasure to work with. From the beginning she really listened to our vision, our ideas and somewhat lengthy list of desires for our bathroom. She was able to incorporate what she heard from us, saw in our way of living and personal design, to create a gorgeous, functional and unique Master Bathroom that we will enjoy and appreciate for many, many years to come. Our vision came to fruition with Sarah's amazing design skills and artistic flair. Truly a dream collaboration. Sarah and the whole team; Chris, the superintendent, as well as all of the very skilled tradesmen were there for us through the entire process. There were a few bumps in the road, as expected in a project of this size, but they responded quickly and did what it took from each of their perspectives to correct or overcome any issues that came up. Sarah became a friend through this process and I would not hesitate to recommend her and have her design our next project. I would also like to mention that all of the people we worked with throughout this project were first rate and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Their skills were evident which shows in the end result. We have a great deal of respect for everyone who participated in our project. Although slightly more expensive than other quotes, I believe it was well worth it, as S&W stands by what they do and deliver a quality product and service. We have already had someone ask if they can rent out the 'spa'!

We were looking for help on designing our kitchen, and wanted a company that could do all the work from design to completion. We needed to update our 27 year old kitchen, and figure out a design to create more counter and cabinet space, as well as to create a more open and functional layout.Our design consultant was Chelsea. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, and our dilemma with trying to figure out changing the kitchen layout, since we have a small kitchen. Chelsea came up with a great design and once completed, we now have the kitchen of our dreams!

When planning to remodel our kitchen we never thought that our Dream Kitchen could come into fortition this AMAZING. Sarah Kraus literally saw our vision from the minute we started to talk. She listened to our ideas, was attentive to our needs and circumstances, thoughtful in not only the work she does but goes the extra mile to get to know the client , organized as well; if you were to request a copy of anything she has it readily available. This process really does set the customer up for true comfortability during the crazy process of redesigning a kitchen. The time line presented was reasonable and finished well around the time given. The team that worked with her, Brian_ Project Manger, David- carpenter and the other fields contracted in to assist with the job were always professional and considerate. The kitchen design is beautiful, simply breath taking. Every detail we discussed and designed were delivered. The craftmanship that was taken into our stair railings is UNBELIEVABLE. They brought our Pinterest idea to life, with of course a some designing ideas from Sarah ! We have done many remodels with contractors and this by far was our best experience. 22 years ago I built a custom home in WP and S&W built my kitchen cabinets. Even though the cabinets looked like i just had them recently installed, I wanted a fresh new look. I again called S&W. I was doing a major renovation and wanted a kitchen, pantry, and in-house bar! It was a major project!Chris Druschel was my designer and go-to contact- boy was I lucky! Chris and his assistant, Jessica, saw my vision and added their ideas based on their years of experience.I had a tight deadline and Chris did all he could to meet my deadline but was always honest if there was a delay...no false promises!No matter when I contacted Chris he returned my calls within 30 minutes max ...even when he was out for family leave due to the birth of his new baby girl! Chris absolutely defines service - very rare to find these days!The quality of my cabinets is outstanding and everyone marvels at the transition my house went through. As we embarked on a major remodel of our kitchen and both bathrooms, we were quite impressed with S&W’s design and materials selection. We tweaked the plans a bit, but only to accommodate our concerns about wear and tear in the kitchen as we use our kitchen a lot. S&W quickly made some changes in the materials and we were set to go! The materials selection process was a breeze. S&W narrowed down the material selections to two to three choices; which for us design-challenged types was very helpful. If we didn’t like any of the choices, they would bring in two or three additional choices.Throughout the entire process, S&W was very professional. Before any work started, we had plans, we understood the costs and we understood what would happen if we ran into unexpected snags. Enduring a remodel can be challenging, but a few things that we really appreciated were:• Everything was resolved to our satisfaction. There was never any quibbling with anything we were not pleased with.• All workman and subs were very polite, conscientious and always cleaned up at the end the day….and when you’re living through a remodel, that’s very much appreciated.• S&W is very responsive to calls/emails.The project was completed in about three months and we couldn’t be happier. It turned out fantastic! We did go slightly over budget, however that was mostly due to changes/additions that we made. Since the remodel we’ve had a few little things break or require some adjustment, which S&W attended to right away, no questions asked.We give S&W high marks. There were no surprises on cost, design, project timing, etc. They have a great price-value proposition and they are there for you during and after the project. So, without hesitation we highly recommend S&W!

S&W started off with a good process - however once you are under contract it is a nightmare. The quality is poor, the "supervision" promised is laughable because no one is here other than "checking in" occasionally. We contracted for a six figure kitchen remodel. It was gutted on June 14th. It's January 13th and we're still awaiting completion. The tile backsplashes had to be ripped out and replaced twice; the beam material was never ordered and when it was - it was wrong so it had to get done twice and still isn't complete. The new flooring which cost a small fortune - has now been redone 4 times because of poor finishing; causing us to have to leave the home for multiple times - days each time.They will charge you for everything but compensate you for nothing. I've demanded the owners of the company come see the project and tell me if this is up to their standards - it was declined and others came who promised to "make it right" only go silent and not follow through.Stay away - do not use this company. I used Kreative Resources for our Master Bathroom and I should have stuck with them - much more professional, higher quality, and much better responsiveness.

Roisin Wong, our project manager at S&W Kitchens, was simply fantastic! She guided me through the entire process of renovating our kitchen from start to finish: layout, cabinet selection, lighting, countertop and backsplash and installation. She is professional, patient, friendly, talented and incredibly helpful! She knew our budget and gave several options to help me stay within that budget. She asked questions and made suggestions based on the way we use our kitchen. As it is the most important room in our home, she helped me put together a space that is light, bright and welcoming.
