Communication with Production Administrator, Erin has been precise and easy to understand. Our Field Supervisor, Erick kept us updated with their progress and even sent pictures from the roof vantage point.We will continue recommending Sheegog Contracting to everyone!

We were referred to Sheegog from a personal friend who recommended us to contact Michael P. He inspected our roof and provided us with valuable input on its condition and how to file an insurance claim. Then Ben K. Met with our insurance adjuster and walked us thru the entire reroofing process, answered all our questions and kept us updated weekly on when the project was to commence. Once the project began the field supervisors Tim C, Hector and Jerry made sure all went smooth, kept us informed of any issues and what recommendations were required. The roofing crew was outstanding. They worked hard and efficiently from dawn to dusk. Their skill was amazing and not once did we here loud music, arguing or foul language. The administrative personnel: Erin, Jonathan and Caila provide us with all project documents and photos. Sheegog is a roofing company who values quality work, takes care of their employees and aims to provide the customer with outstanding service. Thank you all for a job well done!

Beginning of the process was not as good as it should have been. They way the whole industry works is very shady in my opinion. I don’t like dealing with insurance as it is, always a bit of a hassle. Why I have to show you what the insurance is willing to give before you give me a quote is beyond me. And from who I talked to, everyone told me it’s always just about the exact same price. There was only one guy that explained it to me somewhat properly and we will get to him. Just felt like the sales side of it could have been smoother. I know roof sales people make really good money and I can’t say that my sales guy or the manager I spoke to earned it. They certainly didn’t seem like they were presenting from a heart of service. Just trying to close a sale. Also my adjuster did not return my phone calls. I had a couple questions, but I guess he just decided he didn’t need to accommodate me which made me question why he gave me his card to begin with. Here’s the part that really irritates me. Once you sign with somebody, you are 100% obligated to give them your check. You can’t shop around or any of that type of stuff. So make sure that you know once you put pen to paper, there’s no turning back. And apparently you have to do this before you’re given a price on the roof. At least with them you are. Maybe I was naive. Probably ha. BTW, I can’t remember the claims adjuster‘s name by the way, but I think it was Jonathan some thing or the other and he wears a wide brimmed sun hat. Rolls together with his wife. I’m not one to point people out by name when they mess up but this guy pissed me off. That’s all the bad stuff. If you can navigate all of that and get to the actual crew that does the job, that is a completely different story. Brent and his team did about as good a job as you could possibly do. They had a 2800 square-foot ranch style roof done in 2 1/2 days. And the last half day was really just them cleaning up. Two of my neighbors started their process on their roof at about the same time. One took damn near three weeks to get done once they started and the other one was just a few days quicker. They both don’t look anywhere near as good. And I’m not one to tout my stuff over someone else’s but I definitely made out on this one which doesn’t happen a lot with me. Brent is a pro who’s been doing this for many years and he has a certain way about him that makes you feel comfortable. He is the diametric opposite of what my first impression was with this company. I actually ghosted this company for quite some time because I was so irritated at them. They have a winner in Brent. I do have to say though, the job they did was about as good as they could’ve done and from a work standpoint, I recommend them 100%.. I will say this too, I did get the veteran crew apparently, so I’m not sure what the other crews are like but if they’re anything like the one I got, you’ll be just fine. But request the veteran crew and you’ll be happy. All I got, thanks.

Sheegog Contracting was an absolute pleasure to work with in getting my roof replaced. I had major issues with my home owners insurance and they helped coordinate a public adjuster to represent me and got a great settlement from State Farm which was not easy.Jeff Knizatko and Hector Sanyustiz were fantastic from getting contracted thru executing the instillation. My roof is beautiful and the guys were extremely professional to work with! Communication was lightning fast, detailed and helpful throughout the process. The workers were fun and did the entire project in about a day and a half start to finish!I would recommend anyone give Jeff @ Sheegog a call if they need a new roof!

We recently met with Ian at Sheegog to get our roof replaced. He explained costs, process and all the details with ease. Not too much time passed before Erin communicated with us the materials would arrive in a few days and she worked with us to get things in the right position for our parking needs at the house. Brandon was the site supervisor and was incredibly helpful & courteous. He called in advance, texted as needed and on site was always available. The work crew had to put up with incredible heat and a very steep roof yet, in a few days they were all done! Cleaned up nicely & after an independent inspection we are very satisfied with our new roof & the overall process at Sheegog Contracting. We have never heard of Sheegog until they were referred to us by a good friend. We asked them for a quote in mid-July, and were immediately impressed when Jeff came out exactly on time as arranged and gave us very detailed information about what we could expect from the company. Thereafter, most communication was handled electronically and was extremely easy, inspiring further confidence in Sheegog.Such was the impression that Jeff - and others from the company - made on us, we accepted the quote without even inviting other bids. After payment of a deposit, the work was tentatively scheduled for early November.Work started on exactly the date agreed and Sheegog's crew worked tirelessly from 6:30 am to 5 pm, for two days, finishing the job by noon on day 3. The workers cleaned up perfectly after the job was done; exactly as Jeff said they would. Erick, the on-site supervisor, was in constant contact with us during the work, and walked us through the finished job to ensure our complete satisfaction.I don't think anyone looks forward to replacing their roof. It is an expensive proposition, but Sheegog Contracting made the entire process as painless as possible, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them with 100% confidence.

I was very impressed with the amount of communication all through the roofing project. I had a short time prior to closing and Sheegog worked with me to get my roof completed with 1 1/2 weeks. Hector Sanyustiz was the supervisor and he explained every step of the project. He and his crew worked extensively hard throughout the day and I was impressed that they really took a lot of time to clean up all areas surrounding my house. I would definitely recommend Sheegog if you need your roof done. They were very professional throughout the project.

Thanks for the amazing job on our roof from start to finish everyone was very professional and friendly! We got all the information we needed and some !From Jeff starting us off with the roof estimate and what was included with the roof including the warranty and materials used to Hector being on top of the project itself! Hector was nice, didn’t make it seem like just a business transaction . We chatted about camping and family. He keep me informed every step of the project, how everything was calculated so I could see. He made sure I knew what needed to be taken out and replace before doing it just to make sure I was okay with it. We needed new stucco on one of our windows and he explained why it was important to do it the right way rather than just cutting corners. He even interacted with my daughter when she went outside to see what was going on. It was a quick couple days !The team that was here did a great job with the roof and cleanup ! Eric and his installation team were easily 5 stars, honest with accurate estimations on time. With that being said the sales team was a solid 1.5 stars at best, while they have great manners and will tell you anything you want to hear, they definitely aren’t afraid to lie to your face about cost and the time it will take to complete the project.

We had a great experience with Sheegog and are very happy with our new roof! Jeff took our initial call and Alex walked us through the whole process, helped us pick out shingles and underlayment, and worked with our insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. Carlos was the foreman on the job, and he did an excellent job keeping us in the loop and overseeing the project for the two days that the workmen were here. The guys did excellent work removing our old roof and installing the new one. Both Jeff and Alex came out while the installation was underway and were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the process to us. Finally, Chance handled the inspection and touchups. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the final product. Everyone was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We love our new roof!

Hector & Celso 2 team was amazing. Those guys do beautiful work and they work so hard. A hail storm hit in my town, so many of my neighbors still have their house tarped. The crew that did my house never had to leave a tarp on! They literally had it done in less than 48 hours. They tarped off my bushes and landscape- any nails that fell they used a magnet like 3 times to clean them up. The clean up was very impressive. My roof is gorgeous and I’m so happy. I should also mention they use top quality wood to replace all the damage. I know for a fact because they showed me pictures and got my acknowledgment and consent the whole time.

Sam Spence handled every aspect of the job from explaining the processes, to the cost, to any extra that may be included, and the permits that were needed.Sam went above and beyond to contact and communicate between our insurance company and ourselves. Our house was the victim of a bad hail storm and the roof took a lot of damage. Sheegog did a thorough inspection and explained everything. They also worked with us to ensure our insurance didn’t lowball us. Every teammate we dealt with at Sheegog was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They got the job done right and on schedule. The day our work was supposed to start, a hurricane was forecast. Go figure! Sheegog came out to make sure all supplies onsite were secure and rescheduled ASAP. Communication was next level. When they say patience is a virtue I mean this company knows it! We had such a problem getting through the insurance but Michelle at sheegog handled everything. I didn't have to do a single thing! They were on time, thorough, explained everything, and made sure that I understood what to expect, when to expect it, and they kept to their schedule.
