We chose Smart Exterior Cleaning Solutions after seeing the excellent cleaning and sealing job on my neighbors driveway.We contacted the company, left a message and received a return call the same day. The next day we were emailed everything we needed to know, including warranty, the type of chemicals that would be used along with the time frame for completion.After the work was completed our driveway was professionally blocked off to prevent anyone from driving on it. The next day it rained, but the rain did not effect the rich finish.Our driveway is beautiful! The excellent cleaning and sealing of our driveway makes the entire outside of our home look refreshed.I won't hesitate to use Smart Exterior Cleaning Solutions again!

I had smart solution sand and sealant pavers on September 21 2022 1 year ago. Try a few time calling, left message and no answer I will not recommend this people at all. The sealant and sand didn’t last a year and the job very expensive

I contacted Smart Exterior Solutions for an estimate on pressure washing and sealing my brick pavers for not one but two driveways. Tim the owner reached out to me to offer a free estimate and was able to come out to my home the same day and provide a quote. After agreeing to the estimate, Tim and his team were able to start the job within a few days. Tim communicated well and kept me in the loop about what time his team would be coming and what to expect during the sealing process as well as after care. First of all I've never in my entire life have written a comment or response to anything. BUT this experience with this company has just blown me away. I'm old school, I expect courtesy, respectfulness, responsiveness, and in these times it is a very rare thing, in addition I have high expectations. From my initial phone inquiry of getting my pavers resealed, I was scheduled within days for an estimate, Timothy, the Director was very knowledgeable of his product, answered all our questions, and we received an estimate within hours of his visit. They followed up by email, texts, was available to answer any further questions I had regarding the estimate and their paver sealing procedures. Catherine at the office is resourceful, pleasant, easy to talk to, and quick in getting someone to call you back, she handles the company's portal, which ran like a charm, I was able to approve the estimate, pay and schedule the actual work, which by the way will be next week. Amazing service and quick response. A company deserving a high recommendation!!

They are awesome at what they do and are extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Mindful of my flower beds and were able to do everything from my house, roof, pavers, pool deck and my wood deck! All came out great and looked brand new. Tim is a great guy and so easy to work with an accommodating. I even have this little lawn gnome collection that he cleaned off for free!

My husband and I are thrilled with the excellent job that was done on our pavers. Anyone that uses Smart Exterior will not be disappointed . people can do their pavers on their own, but if you’re not experienced and don’t have the right supplies, it just won’t come out the same.

Used them for paver sealing and pressure washing of the driveway and sidewalk. The finished product looks great. There was an issue after the sealing. I called the office where the phone was answered promptly and a message was taken. The next day the issue was addressed in person and taken care of. They followed through after the service to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again- great product and customer service.

Great service. I actually had the driveway cleaning and sealing done quite a few months ago and wanted to wait and see how it will hold up and then review. There are some problematic areas on our driveway, but that is not the issue with their service, it’s the issue of gutters and water run off. They did a great job with removing the dark areas caused by mold. Six months later, driveway looks as good as the first day they completed the work.

They responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours. I received an estimate that day, even though it was a weekend. The job they did was excellent at a very reasonable price, too. They also fit me into their schedule right away at my earliest convenience. This company took all of the stress out of the job, so I didn't have to think about it. I highly recommend them to anyone. While searching for a company to soft wash the moss & mold from my tiled roof, Tim & Smart Exterior Cleaning were by far the most responsive. In addition he pointed out that they would need to protect my plants and lawn using tarps, something no other company seemed concerned about. Their proposal was the only one to include copies of their liability insurance as well. Scheduling was quick and painless and suited my schedule on a Saturday morning. Roof looks 100% better and was treated to prevent moss from reoccurring any time soon. Thanks guys!

I hired Smart Exterior Cleaning Services, for power washing and gutter cleaning, from reading the great reviews on Google, and couldn’t be happier. Called on a Friday and they were able to come out next day to address my HOA’s notice about my driveway. Technician was polite and treated and cleaned my space thoroughly. Seemed well prepared with long hoses and didn’t block the road in my narrow street. I tipped in cash but there was an option to tip when payment was done online after job was complete.
