The most incredibly hard working crew I have seen. They started at 7 and finished at 7. They finished my almost 3000 sq foot home in Two days. Including attic air vents and new sky lights. The roof installation was done good. But the work took over 3 weeks to complete. I constantly had to call James Reed because he never get back to me or update me on status of completion. The workers left there tools on my yard for 2 weeks, the SOFFETT under the roof was knocked down and left on the ground, I had to contact Trinity several times in order to get the job done. I was really concerned about CRITTERS getting up in my attic and building nests.I had 3 solid customers that was willing to get there roof done ,but I refuse to put my friends thru the trouble I went thru even thou I would be compensated for the additional customers.I would like to say special thank you to Lynette and I believe Clay who step up and made sure this job is completed correctly.Service: Installation

Cameron (Greater Tampa Bay area Project Mgr) delivered on his promise for which Trinity would deliver a quality product from roof to gutters. He went out of his way to ensure the job was done on time and professionally. Despite being restricted on shingle choices (HOA), Cameron ensured shingles would POP (i.e. stand out above the rest but still match house paint scheme). HIGHLY RECCOMEND Trinity for your Roofing and or Construction needs (ask for Cameron when ready to move fwd).

The quality of the roof is great - and I give kudos to the team who installed it since it only took them a couple days. We had it installed over a year ago and have had no issues also. Despite that, the entire process was an absolute headache. We went with this company because they had knocked on our door, and the salesman was very attentive, with promises that he'd make the process stress free and he'd update with us every step. After we decided to do this and signed the documents, communication pretty much went silent. We had to call and pester multiple people to get updates, and we learned the salesman who was working with us was fired (but then somehow rehired, and no longer was helping us on this project). The roof did get done, but they didn't set up our account until we made tons of phone calls and even emails for MONTHS, as we were trying to pay in full because we didn't want to owe money. Each time we came in contact with someone, no one knew what was going on at all. Finally it got solved and we were relieved to not have to deal with this business anymore.Service: Roof installation

0 stars SHADY! NEVER NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Really need negative stars on reviews, google. Over 10 MONTHS AGO, July 2018, I Ordered windows from this company and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks at the most. At 8 weeks I called for status but nobody knew anything and I was transferred to several different numbers and people. The salesperson tells me if the company calls to try to talk me into different windows not to do it because it is an inferior product! So I assume this means my windows are not even started. At 12 weeks still nobody can give me a status. I made several calls, was completely ignored, and then had to listen to the salesperson bad mouth the company saying he's never worked for a company that takes this long, he feels personally responsible, they owe him money and on and on. They fired him and I finally got my windows in November 2018, 6 months later, but one was cracked and another did not pass inspection. January 2019 I had to contact them to find out where my window was and they said it had just arrived but when they got it to my house it was the wrong window! Convenient. They probably had completely forgotten and just brought it to my house to make it seem like they ordered it. Today is May 22 2019 and I still do not have my windows fixed! Unbelievable!! Oh and they broke the old windows into pieces to get them out so every time I garden I have to watch out for shards of glass. Lovely.

The entire installation process of smooth, pleasant, professionally done. I highly recommend James Reed from Trinity Roofing and Construction to help you with your roofing needs.Update after three months: New roof leaked and had water damage in the garage. Do not respond to email complaints. The roof shingles warranty was not signed. No formal written acknowledgment or apology on the new roof that started to leak three months after install. Jake was amazing. I was skeptical, but he ended up being legitimate and delivered on every promise made to us. Our roof is great so far, and we are pleased with the service we received. Trinity did a great job on my roof. Rob was fantastic. He led me through the whole process from the inspection to the completion. Everything went on schedule from the installation to the completion. He also followed up numerous times to make sure I was satisfied. The staff at the office was also great as well as the workers. I was more than satisfied. Great job. Overall quality of the roof is good. However, other factors during the process were less than ideal and, in fact, I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person.Issues I encountered during having my roof replaced were:1. Company went behind my back and submitted paper work to my insurance company without informing me. Ultimately my insurance company approved the changes I as the customer should be made aware of any and all correspondents with my insurance company.2. Site supervisor was not familiar with county inspection requirements. I called the main office and voiced my concern and they assured me he would be made aware of the inspections requirements. Crew showed up the next day and started installing the shingles. Upon noticing they were getting a significant amount of the roof covered with shingles I asked the site supervisor about the inspection. His response was he wasn't waiting for the inspector. I called the main office again to voice my concern. They assured me they wouldn't cover more than the code alloyed before the inspector got there. That didn't happen.By the time the inspector arrive they had more than 85% of the house covered with shingles and and hadn't finished putting down the tar paper and flashing. As a result, it failed inspection. The site supervisor immediately tried to shift the blame for the failed inspection to the inspector. Somehow it was his fault.3. I tried to call the main office regarding the failed inspection but got no response, so I let the sales person know it failed inspection. The sales person called me and tore into me. He was extremely rude.Even though the quality of the work was good, I would look for another company which is more professional.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

There are new owners since October of last year. The new owners Kyle, Danny, Ozzie, Bryan, James they have put all Trinity roofing’s customers in the back burner as not being priority. There doing 3mg jobs when all of Trinity has already paid a deposit or ACV check up front this place is horrible how they operate. Please don’t use 3mg at all Trinity owners have been sold out. If feel bad if you have bought into this company 3mg roofing LLC and signed a agreement it will o my get worse for you. The work will be dragged out and you will just have multiple problems after the fact.

Dalton, with Trinity Roofing and Construction, told us that we had roof wind damage, and asked to inspect our roof. He did, and within a very short time our insurance company had verified roof damage, approved a new roof, and sent a check to have it replaced. Trinity Roof and Construction was in and out in a very efficient time, in-spite of Covid. The crew was very quick and polite. The neighborhood has been making positive comments about how great our roof looks.

Amazing experience with Michael & Alexia from Trinity roofing... Professional and Knowledgeable about their craft and their products... I was approached by Hunter Lee of Trinity Roofing because he was in the area for another job and noticed some possible wind damage to our roof. He inspected it and felt that it would qualify for insurance coverage due to the damage, something I had not thought of myself. Long story short, he walked us through the entire process, dealt with the insurance company for us, was there for the inspection by the independent contractor, and, when all was said and done, we got an entire brand new roof. All we ended up paying out of pocket was our deductible, which was a very small fraction of the actual cost of the entire job. There were one or two minor problems after the roof was installed and Hunter made sure that Trinity took care of them right away. We also were given top-quality materials for the entire job, which, as I understand it, they do with all of their jobs. I am 100% satisfied with how well everything went, and with Trinity's professionalism and quality of work, especially that of Hunter Lee.Service: Roof installation

Trinity replaced our roof in a timely manner & at a very affordable cost as well as worked with our insurance company. They stripped, repaired & replaced our roof in less than a day. They followed through with every promise they made & when we had a leak around our fireplace chimney about a year later, they responded & repaired the chimney problem & even during the coronavirus they were good to send a crew to fix everything. We have found them to do what they say with their roofing work. We have recommended them to others & will continue to do so.

I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend this company!! The communication is far worse than I have ever seen from a business. There was a knock on my door with supplies I had no idea were coming and when I contacted the salesman he was unaware as well. The job was started that morning and a permit was not placed until after lunch time. There was no dumpster sent to collect the old roof that went everywhere in a thunderstorm. It poured rain and the workers continued to work and therefore I had leaks that stained the ceiling. The hose bib was stepped on and broke which caused a leak in the garage and at the foundation of our home. When I contacted Trinity for direction, before I myself made the decision to call a plumber, I was told "do what I needed to do" and I would be reimbursed. When we spoke with the salesman (Justin) before signing with them we were assured the dryer and bathroom exhaust fans would be attached as they were when they arrived. They were not! After contacting Trinity I was again assured that customer service was their priority and it would be rectified, replaced and repaired BEFORE the final inspection. It was not and I have heard nothing from Trinity. Additionally, we asked to be told of the day the inspector was scheduled to arrive so we could be home. Also, did not happen!! While the ceiling was eventually painted and the leak was reimbursed it was a week later than the Friday it was mailed out. There is no excuse for being assured that the repairs to meet the customer service, they claim to be concerned with, were not done as they assured us it would be BEFORE the inspection. We had an emergency situation as our roof was leaking since the hurricanes last Summer/Fall and I had, so far, no luck get a roofer to call me back to schedule work to be done. Best home repair experience EVER! If you're looking for a new roof, call Rob Hanley! As a home owner of just over 10 years, I never have had to go through a re-roofing and was a bit apprehensive about the process, cost, etc. When Rob came out to my home, he exuded experience and confidence about the process which put me immediately at ease. He explained everything I needed to know effectively and I had no problem or hesistation hiring him right on the spot. The process was easy, Rob kept me informed about everything very timely, and informed me other options for my roof and gutters that I didn't even know were available which I also decided to do. I literally never had one issue or problem throughout the process! How often can a homeowner can say that?! As for the roofers, they showed up when they were supposed to, never gave me one problem, and cleaned up after themselves; two days later I had a new roof and it was like they were never there! I referred Rob to many of my friends, and those that hired him are just as happy as I am! I'm so thankful to Rob and Trinity Roofing for a great and smooth process, I am one very satisfied and happy customer. I have the best roof and gutters on the street! :)
