Great company! Tyler came out promptly to give us a quote after a terrible hail storm damaged our roof, gutters, screens, etc. Our roof was replaced with upgraded vents in one day and the gutters were done the next day. Neighbors around us waited months! Very pleased with the great work and efficient communication!

This was quite possibly the most unprofessional roofing company me and my family had the displeasure of doing business with.To begin with, the cost wasnt competitive whatsoever for a small 3 bedroom single family home. Next, the roofing work wasn't began when promised and delayed at least once. The bigger problem though was that they gave an estimate and planned to do work inside as well then eventually claimed they didnt have a team to do so. Another issue we faced was the fact they did a horrible cleanup job... shingle pieces and roofing nails were littered around the house for months afterwards. Lastly, adding insult to injury we were contacted by phone and email a month after the job was completed and harassed about a $1400 deductible which was already paid.Reply:You are most definitely the company or the parent company to the company which did my roof. I have the emails going back and forth regarding this issue. At the end every email is a website url and it leads me directly back to your website. The work isn't in my name... its in my fathers "Joshua Ramer".

Universal Contracting of Florida was a top notch and professional company who helped us tremendously during the process from start to finish! Our roof had been damaged extensively due to a hail storm and our insurance company fought us every step of the way to cover the cost of a new roof. Universal spent countless hours on our behalf to get the roof replacement covered through the insurance. The installation team was great as well - cleaning up every day and expert installation. Chris Bates was very thorough and prompt, following through with every detail! I would highly recommend Universal. Universal contracting came to my home as typical door-to-door salesmen do. It was high pressure and unsolicited. Due to the age of my roof and his want to make unwarranted claims of storm damage, he made my situation much worse. Any roof contractor that does door-to-door sales isn’t worth your time or aggravation. Choose another vendor.

Experts when it comes to insurance claims. Also great with shingle manufacturing warranties. What they have explained to me makes sense when it comes to contractors cutting cost on roofs to get you cheaper rates. People don't be fooled by cheap bids on re-roof cost. Nothing is cheap about a re-roof on a home. You get what you paid, cutting materials and corners equals cheap roof. Look on youtube your self for "Improper Roof Installation".
