We chose Winter Park Roofing after good reviews on line and from multiple family members who have used them. Also the price was lower than 2 other companies. Professional and knowledgeable from our first meeting for a quote with James. He gave us so much important information. Communication with Andrea in the office was timely every time ! We were able to go around town to look at houses with colors we were considering. They were flexible with our time and the process was smooth and on the timetable they told us. Even our neighbors commented on the professionalism. Colby was the on site staff and was excellent. Part of the quote was adding and painting extra vents and also replacing multiple sheets of plywood. Very smooth process and very satisfied with the work and communication.Service: Roof installation

On my most recent install with them they went out of there way to work with me and a tenant that had availability issues. After getting two written quotes, we went with Winter Park Roofing which was lower and also includes a wind mitigation report for insurance purposes. I liked James from the day he came to inspect our roof. He answers all your questions and educates you at the same time. From start to finish, this was a smooth project/operation, and their clean-up afterward was impeccable. Their crew was steady quiet workers with NO loud music. We had quite a few rotten places in the roof that we didn't know about that had to be repaired before they could continue; James stuck to his word and did not charge extra for that labor or material costs. This company is one of the best most reliable in the Central Florida area. There are more expensive companies but certainly non better. They do not sublet their work. All their roofers are in house employees. They actually care about their customers. They do not run insurance scams.  They follow the law and produce the highest quality work. I had several issues with them damaging my property, but the real problem was with the gutters.Before the work began I specifically asked them about the possibility of damaging my gutters to which they replied, "Our crews are skilled at working around the gutters without issue." They damaged my gutters and now a section of the gutters no longer line up. When I asked them to put the gutters back in alignment they declined saying, "the gutters had nothing to do with our roofing job."I wouldn't recommend them because they caused too much damage. The fact that I checked with them about potential gutter damage before work began and they still refused to fix the gutter damage they caused was just too much.

They installed the roof on my home recently (townhouse) and it looks good. I noticed the soffit just under the roof had come loose in 2 places. I emailed them and included a picture and they never responded. Later I contacted my HOA who in turn was able to get winter park roofing to contact me. They ended up saying that they will not do anything to help because in their words my issue is not with the roof. Even if this is so, if I owned a roofing company and put a roof on someone's house I would come and fix the soffit solely out of professional courtesy. Luckily, I have a wonderful handyman who came by when I wasn't even home and fixed the soffit for no charge. I wouldn't use them ever again for my future homes because follow up is really important to establish a relationship, confidence and trust.

As is often the case I was concerned that my home would be damaged if I didn't address it right away. They were very prompt with review and estimation and quick to complete the work. They installed a new roof for me in 2014 which I was pleased with. Recently there was a leak that was exacerbated by hurricane Ian. The seal around a roof vent was erroded and non existent. After many calls and missed communication (on both sides)..I was given and estimate of $650 to put roof seal around the small kitchen vent. I never knew roof seal erodes in such a short time on a relatively newer roof that they installed only 8 years prior or was it notproperly sealed when they installed the roof? It was insulting and a clear message to this previous customer ( who paid them thousands of dollars previously for install).

The owner of the company came by and did the original checkout of my roof. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and the quoted price for the 3 repairs was, to the cent, what he said it would be. Later his scheduler worked out a time that was convenient for me. When the tradesmen arrived, they came early and were very professional and got the work done without issue. I will be using them in the future and if you're on the fence about two companies, choose this one. The workmanship speaks for itself and the team running the company is very cordial.

I have my roof replaced by Winter Park Roofing in 2014, they did it with competitive pricing and professionalism. My roof was all good for six years until last week when a small leaking at one corner was found, I phoned the company on Monday and they sent a roofer to my house on Tuesday. It appeared that the sealant on a wall flashing had dried out, and the roofer resealed it and resealed all shingles on the parapet wall and all is well now. I appreciate their timeliness in responding to a warranty service call, and shall have no problem in use their service again when a roofing need arises in the future.

James, the owner, gave me the original estimate for repairing a leaking sunroom roof. While he was on the roof he cleaned out a 12' gutter without being asked. When he prepared to leave, he noticed a Vietnam Veteran decal on my truck and told me to tell the office I was a vet and I would be given a 10% discount on the bid. The bid was accepted and the work was performed, on time, with no mess. The first fix didn't completely solve the problem so the company returned and successfully corrected the problem. The original visit and both repair visits were on-time. The office, James, and the repair crew were friendly and professional. We highly recommend Winter Park Roofing!

You won't find roofers quite like this any more. They charged a fair price for a roof repair and when I had some issues almost a year later they answered the phone, came right out and fixed the issue. The issue wasn't what they had repaired, but fixed it anyway. I highly recommend this company. There are a bunch of scam artist out there, Winter Park Roofing isn't one of them.

They scheduled a visit to survey for an estimate of work. They didn’t turn up. After we made multiple follow up calls to find out what happened, they randomly turn up unannounced at an unscheduled time a week later. And after inspection, there was no quote or no hint of any communication from them. Again after we made a couple of follow up calls to get a quote from them, the lady from this company asked us to find another Vendor and just HUNG UP!! Way to go !Edit - Appreciate the owner taking the time to respond. My wife called from her number your company for a property that we own in Winter Park. So I am not making this up and I am definitely not confusing your company with someone else. Because I would remember the company that couldn't keep its appointment 3 separate times.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, caring company, look no further. I'm in the architectural field and cannot explain how easy it is to get conned by contractors. This company exemplifies what a good business is. How people should treat each other. I cannot giver a higher praise than giving them more business. They have done my homes (over the years) as well as several homes of friends and family. I can say they are efficient, careful, and thorough. I love that they even care about my children and dogs, running magnets along the ground over and over to make sure no nails reach them even after laying a tarp down to catch most of the strays. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat.
