The job was done so well. Gordon Stephens came and looked at the project and quoted a very fair price. We were impressed with the fact that they do a lot of preparation in pressure cleaning and they waited for the wooden structure to cure properly. The quality of work was very poor. The salesperson indicated the crew would definitely fix cracks and areas we pointed out and not just paint over them. Not letting the paint set and dry before doing baseboards and second coats resulted in bubbles and imperfections throughout the house. Told them I was very disappointed in the quality of service but no additional apology or discount in price. It was so bad, I did not have them paint 2 rooms as I just figured it would be more to fix. There are several door frames with gray on the frame as they did not tape. The house has some odd angles but they could have done much better. Very rough with ladders banging chandelier and walls. Too many people on the job as they want to be in and out. Don't recommend.Services: Door painting, Interior painting

Initially, we were excited as they were recommended and the communication was good. However, the service was over priced, there were holes made in our screens with the ladders, use of incorrect joint sealer which caused mold, thinned down paint, bushes and windows had over spray.

We had 7 contractors give us a quote and all but 2 were detailed quotes and one of them was Casey's Painting. I called the office, let Penny know what I needed and she took it from there... Brad come over and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions. The back of our home and back porches needed boards replaced, TLC for wood that did not need to be replaced; bird holes fixed and a good paint job! CP went above and beyond our expectations. The Team working on our home were professional and friendly.

We obtained three estimates for painting our home and to repair and or replace any damaged wood and or Hardi plank. Gordon was the only sales/Estimator that cleary pointed out areas that would definitely need repairs and in some cases replacement of Hardi plank. Casey’s was in the middle of the three estimates; however it was Gordon’s knowledge and honesty why we chose Casey’s painting services. Now for the crew who did the work. It was a A-plus team led by Jesus and with Francisco. These guys are attentive to detailsExcellent craftsman, honest, very personable and extremely hard working. Brad Cochran, Perez, the crew chief and the team removed, replaced and painted numerous pieces of rotten wood. The area included odd shaped structures including the moulding over and around the front door. Window frames and siding were also replaced. I was very impressed by the workmanship which came at a fair price. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the team to free up. Paid $3200 it have trim in our house painted from cream to white. Not even a week later paint is peeling when the wall is lightly scratched. Since we hadn’t paid them for the work yet, they came back out to “fix” the issue. According to them, it was a paint manufacturer issue which isn’t our fault. We still paid for the job regardless if our job had bad paint or not.. they put primer over what they said was all the baseboard and doors and door casings… after they supposedly fixed the issue we paid them. We are STILL having issues because they should have completely redone the job with good paint that won’t come off! This paint is thinner than paper!!! Good luck getting them to make it right after they got their money now. We would have used them again to paint our walls in the future but we won’t be repeat customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY PAINTING!!!

We had an amazing experience with Casey’s Painting! We’ve been wanting to get the exterior to our house painted for some time now and we felt they gave a very competitive quote compared to other companies. Brad came to evaluate the house and suggested some colors for our trim and shutters and the color turned out even more beautiful then we could have imagined! Angel and his crew came to perform the work and needless to say they went above and beyond. They showed up on time, worked all they day and even finished a day earlier then expected. Brad, the project leader, was responsive, knowledgeable, prompt and professional, with an eye for detail. Considering this is not the norm these days, we were impressed and appreciative. I got a flyer in my mailbox, which was good timing b/c I was looking for someone to power wash our house. I called, got a fair quote right over the phone. It took few months to get scheduled but I'm glad I went through with it. The guys did a fantastic job! Our house is white farm house so it collects a lot of dust and pollen. It literally looks like we just got our house re-painted. Will recommend to friends and most certainly will use again next year.

After waiting through Covid and weather issues as well as other projects in flight, Casey's paint crew arrived as scheduled and began work on the exterior of our home. Their prep work was meticulous and included taking off our downspouts to paint behind them! Who does that! A quality painter does! There was some minor hardy plank maintenance to be done as well; all done professionally and perfectly. Our house looks brand new! We hired them to paint our daughter's first home interior. They just finished it up yesterday and it looks brand new as well. Would highly recommend Casey's. They are slightly higher than most, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Very true of Casey's Painting. 100% satisfied.
