The Schrager family cannot say enough about Ever and his crew. They are always on time, if not early and work diligently throughout the day to make sure everything is done not only on time, but with incredible craftsmanship. His guys each have a speciality whether it be carpentry, painting, etc. so you know you are getting the best and the results speak for themselves. We have used Ever several times for various projects from finishing a basement to redoing an entire rental home and each time Ever and his team have been nothing short of respectful, honest, and hardworking. For this most recent project; we expanded/renovated our laundry room and we added custom, built-in bookcases in our living room. The results are absolutely stunning and it turned out even better than expected. The project was done in a timely matter, his crew even showing up on Saturday and Sundays to make sure it got done. The budget is important to Ever and he doesn’t hit you with any surprise charges, he’s always upfront and honest about cost. He will never tell you no, if you want it done, Ever makes it happen. For an example of Ever and his business’ integrity: we had a hall tree made that was not of good quality. We didn’t realize the poor construction so we purchased it anyway. Once Ever saw the piece, he said he would not install it because of the poor quality and would just build us one for no extra cost. He custom built us an amazing hall tree that fits our space and will outlast the children and didn’t even think twice about the cost, he just wanted to make sure it was done right. We are so thankful for Ever and his crew, and we will continue to use them for all our construction needs! Thank you for all you do!

We had a small kitchen leak turn into a kitchen renovation with new flooring throughout the first floor completed by Georgia Interior & Exterior Contractors.The work done was outstanding and completely as described.The team of guys were friendly, respectful of being in someone's home and even allowed my inquisitive two year-old to "help."They were flexible when dealing with a few last minute requests and kept us up to date with a timeline and expectations throughout the renovation.The work we had done was to tear out old carpet and linoleum flooring, replace animal stained sub-flooring, replace the kitchen sink and faucet, replace the kitchen backsplash, paint and rebuild kitchen cabinets and install new flooring.I would recommend working with Ever and his team and look forward to having them continue to help complete renovations on my own home.

Let me say how great Ever and his crew are.. My Husband and I decided we wanted to stay in our current house but needed to add a bedroom and bathroom due to a growing family. I started doing some searching on the internet for a contractor. Called a couple and got a couple quotes. Spoke to Ever who gave me some reference to call (all of them spoke highly of them and even sent photos of his work). With that said the project began. Ever came and met with my husband and I went over everything we wanted. With in a couple days had drawings and a quote back to us. All I can say is that I was in awwww how hard his crew members work. They were there usually before I left for work at 7:30am and there til 6:30-7pm most nights even worked on the weekends. He also has different crews for different jobs they each specializing in there work, from flooring, to plumbing, to carpentry, to roofing, and painting etc.... The touches he has added to our home is just beautiful the water fixtures and the lighting fixtures even a chandelier over my stand alone tub. The barn door he made use beautiful for our master closet. Our experience with GA Interior and Exterior Contractors has been nothing but great. Used this company to add two bathrooms and a sub pump. $20,000 additions. Plumbing was always an issue even after they completed the work. Told by Ever needed to upgrade the sub pump $700 and that will fix the issue. Then they stopped answering after that. (Still wasn’t flushing correctly) Plumber 1 had to cap and fix the upstairs bathroom that had backwards hot/ cold. $350 later.Selling the home and both brand new bathrooms failed inspection. Found out too late that they are NOT licensed. We hired someone to come and and make sure the work was done to code. Needless to say, there were several things that were not done to code. Showed Castro the official document and asked that the items be fixed. He tried to ask for more money. No way I am paying you more to do the job correctly. Do not pretend to be licensed and then expect a customer to pay you more to do the job correctly. I will never use this company again. By the way, the tile in our master bathroom had issues a month after install because your guys did not make sure to install it evenly. The grout between the tiles is busted.

Ever and his crew are by far some of the kindest, most professional people I’ve ever worked with. He got more than he bargained for when we hired him to completely demo and rebuild our bathroom in our 100+ year old home. Upon removing the plaster, it was soon discovered that the entire exterior portion of my home was rotten and two rooms would have to rebuilt completely. For two weeks, our home had a two story hole in it and his crew took such extreme care in sealing and weather protecting, even coming out at 9:00pm one night without us even asking to insure that the tarp was sealed and the roof was covered in preparation for a bad storm that would be hitting. He did not hesitate to continue working, even though our homeowners insurance check had not arrived yet. He put our family’s safety first and completed the job. His crews show up every single day and stay late always. They are attentive in cleaning up their mess before they leave and answering any questions I may have. My master bathroom is what dreams are actually made of. It is even more than I could have imagined. They are currently completing a second bathroom and they’ve been through one of the most stressful times of my life right along beside me, always offering grace and a good laugh, so when it’s finished, I’ll have to find something else for them to fix just to keep them around! We will be sad to see them go! Renovations are scary in general, so why chance it? I can’t say enough about Ever and his crew. He’s always on time or early, I can trust his guys being at my house without worrying because he doesn’t subcontract out his jobs to guys he doesn’t know. The contractors that work for him specializes in their specific field so I know whatever project is being worked on is in good hands. We’ve used Ever for several projects and he always delivers on budget and on time. I don’t think most can say that on home renovations. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, personable, reliable, and truly cares, then I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I highly recommend Ever!

We needed a company to come and replace a bathroom floor, remove and replace all the hardwood flooring, repair sheetrock, and paint the interior. After contacting and communicating with several companies who were either slow to respond or didn't respond at all, I contacted Georgia Interiors. Within 2 hours he was at my house taking measurements and talking to me about materials, colors, and getting started. The job took several days and each day they were either on time or early. Ever and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen and living room! Ever, the owner, kept me up to date as to what everyone was going to be working on that particular day and really kept my husband and I in the loop, which made us feel very comfortable. No matter what time you text or email Ever, he is sure to respond in a timely manner. As with any project, a simple mistake can arise. In our situation, one piece of the new floor had a gash in it and to make sure he did the right work, he ripped up the already new floor for that piece that was messed up! He has great integrity and I would recommended his company over and over again! He was a pleasure to work with. All of his employees are super nice as well! Very, very disappointed in the quality of work and professionalism. These are not trained contractors. They are learning on the job and have not been trained by professionals. Everything on our master bath remodel was done twice or three times not including the things we had to fix after the fact and damage done to our house that the contractors did. We didn't have the time to do the remodel of our bath and hired it out this time. I have used Ever & his crew before which is why I decided to use him again. Needless to say, this time the work fell short of excellence, Very Short! His crew took much longer than expected, and the "custom barn doors", were something my husband could have done himself. We were overcharged for the work & when they left we had unfinished walls, and no shoe molding on the floors. The floor guys got stain all over surrounding walls, and no clean up was offered.I would not advise Anyone to use his services because I don't believe he is qualified to do everything that he says. We spent a lot of money on shotty workmanship and we hope that before you have Ever Castro do work for you, you ask some others who used his services.
