I entered into a contract with Bobby Hayes of Mister Ladder on March 27th with a target completion date of April 21st. The project was actually completed on June 13th. The project included interior painting and updating space in the basement with drywall, trim and electrical work. Mister Ladder also had a TV mounted on the stone fireplace and replaced the basement carpet with LVP flooring. In addition, Ricky replaced six exterior steel doors on the deck and terrace levels. Ricky was experienced with window and door installation and did a perfect job. His attention to detail exceeded my expectations. He also installed four new ceiling fans and replaced all exterior door hardware (9), latches and re-keyed all locks. He installed crown moulding, a closet door and trim and a wire rack system in the basement bedroom and closet. Ricky was professional in every way. He was respectful, careful, precise and he cleaned his work area at the end of each day. Bobby Hayes is a partner/owner in the company and was very pleasant to deal with. Although the project extended beyond the planned completion date, Bobby made sure I was happy with the final results. My primary complaints were ongoing issues with the paint foreman. He rarely arrived on the days and times promised. His work was satisfactory but his work schedule was inconsistent and he failed to clean his work space at the end of each day. He left his tools and carpentry debris scattered on the terrace and inside the work area throughout the project period. My patience ran thin with the paint foreman and I can't recommend him. I would definitely recommend Ricky for any project and also Bobby Hayes and Mister Ladder. Although Bobby was very busy and didn't always return phone calls promptly, he would eventually follow-up and correct any issues. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was great! I am willing to provide verbal feedback if you have Bobby text me you phone number.

The owner and his workers are very helpful! If I had even the smallest questions they would help me without hesitation. They rebuilt my 2nd story patio deck and added steps. I had this done last year by another contractor but he did a terrible job! Many things were not up to code. Mister ladders crew came in and built a solid safe nice deck. I’m actually already making my list for other things I will have them do. The owner follows up with his crews to make sure they do the work with the best quality. I appreciate him holding the work conditions to a high standard. If I saw something that needed touched up it was done as soon as possible. I have since referred him to several neighbors who have already had him complete projects or will be starting soon.Service: Home maintenance & repairs

I haven’t had a major remodel on my home since I’ve lived here. Met Bobby about 6 weeks ago and we discussed what we wanted to be done. He gave us suggestions and we decided to do it all. I am totally pleased with all that was done. He has an excellent crew, that were all very nice, on time and all of them cleaned up afterwards, (I really liked that). I would highly recommend Mister Ladder to anyone needing a remodel of any kind. I know I will be calling again. We had our wire shelving removed for our pantry, and he was able to build custom shelving to replace them. Giving our pantry and modern luxury look! He did this in 2 days and from complete scratch!! Consider Mister Ladder as your next contractor for almost anything . I had my old deck taken down and a new deck designed and erected with decorators composite boards. My deck should last forever now. It was a big job. Bobby, the designer allowed changes throughout the process and had great communication throughout. The crew was tremendous in their work assuring the work met all safety requirements as well as starting each morning and keeping the grounds cleaned up each evening as well as keeping us informed of how the job was progressing. If you ever need a new deck you should consider Mister Ladder. They did a great job and stuck to their word. I recently experienced an unfortunate series of events at my house. The Mister Ladder company came to my house by mistake while I was out of town on business and began pressure washing all of the paint off of the trim to prepare for new paint. When the mistake was realized, the work was stopped. I was able to contact Robert Hayes about the mistake and he and his team repainted all of the trim on my house, so that it would all match correcting the mistake. It is difficult today to find a company that will do the right thing, especially if it is going to cost them money. The work they did looks great! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!Do not make your final payment to them until the work is 100% complete.We hired Mr Ladder to completely rebuild our deck, fix our fence, paint our interior walls, ceilings & cabinets, replace some lighting, and replace our kitchen countertops. As agreed, we paid them 1/2 of the total amount due at the time the work began. The overall project took a little less than 2 weeks. Not bad, considering the painting "crew" of 1 person with the supervision of a paint foreman, who has no sense of time, basically completed the entire painting project on her own.At the walk thru, several issues that needed to be addressed were pointed out and listed. Bobby Hayes wanted the final payment at that time, saying the workers wanted to get paid and promised us that everything would still be done right away. My husband was hesitant but agreed to do so.That was on June 21st and here we are, several weeks later and the punch list is still not complete. After numerous texts and phone conversations with Bobby, telling us that they will be here, never to show up, we are under the impression that our job is complete and closed out as far as they are concerned.Mr Ladder came highly recommended.We are pleased with the work overall, however, their ability to follow through has been extremely disappointing.Services: Paint indoors, Electrical work

I definitely recommend this company. Bobby is very quick to respond, listens to what i want and offers suggestions as well. The crew did an awesome job repairing our deck! The guys were professional and very knowledgeable. not only did they repair a bad board they made sure the deck was tightened up! Very respectful of our property as well. They also changed some lightbulbs in fixtures we couldn’t reach - cleaned them too. I had them replace some batteries in my blinds and wash some very high windows. Mister Ladder replaced and painted the siding on my chimney and deck. This was the second time they have done work for me, and both times the work was exemplary. The crew is on time, skilled and meticulous, friendly and polite. They kept at it in the hot sun, answered my questions when I had any, and even showed me some construction tips, because sometimes I do my own work. They cleaned up after themselves, so much so that you wouldn’t even know they had been there.
