Parker's is an outstanding group to work with. Kevin came to my home and explained in detail the options that were available to suit our need. We were having to replace our HVAC. Recently I contacted Parker’ Heating and Air Conditioning for my unit developed a problem. They arrived in about 30 minutes. As I watched them check and determined the compressor was not coming on, they quickly determined the compressor wires had rubbed a hole in my Freon line causing a problem. After considering the age of my unit , I elected to replace all of it. I was given a reasonable price by a representative at the office. He said a new unit unit could be installed the next Week on Tues by 900 AM. Three representatives arrived and each one immediately started to work on different functions. As I watched them replace the system, I asked all of them questions which each them promptly answered. They all were polite, professional and detailed their work.. They cleaned their work area and took the old parts with them. I was told to call any time if I had a problem. I have used Parker’s in the past to service my old unit and definitely will recommend them to my friends and contour using them. Thanks “Parker’s”!

Parker’s was very prompt in service and replacing my units. I had to have 2 units replaced so they sent crew of 6 men to get me completely installed in one day. They were very fast and very knowledgeable of my system. Some other local have been and being that high efficient units they knew very little about them. But Parker’s answered my call and discussed and went over all options for me and also were able to explain it. Also liked how Parker’s has numerous customer service reps and not a call center from somewhere else. And all customer service reps/ sales and installers are most professional and knowledgeable that I have ever met in my 30 years of dealing with HVAC companies for repairs. From start to finish a most professional, personal, and attentive encounter. Ryan came out to evaluate our situation and discuss our options. His guidance as well as his experience enabled us to make a decision we felt was best as well as financially available to us. We were kept informed throughout the waiting period for equipment and enabled us to get on the schedule. Installation was incredibly painless.Chris led the team that came out to install. They were very careful about coming into the home and all of the work that needed to be done. It was amazing how little dust dirt and debris was ever apparent. He explained what he needed to do how he was going to do it. We discussed possibilities and finalized how it would be installed and where. The work was done in incredibly great time. And that was on an extremely hot day and there was great difficulty in finding electrical connections that he thought would be the safest.We highly recommend Parker. Parker Heating and AC were one of five estimates that I received. Ryan Young gave me the estimate and was very personable and knowledgeable of the different options. For the system they installed they were less in price then others. I liked that all the ductwork installed was metal.The ten year warranty on all parts and two years on labor was a big selling point. Also included a two year service contract.The only complaints I have was that the duct installers left a small amount of trash. They also didn't tape up four of the takeoffs from the main trunkline, but when called about it they came back the same day. Great work from this company - After a month of terrible service from NWA Heating and Cooling (DO NOT USE the NWA COMPANY), I was at wits end. I was going out of town for 2 weeks, and my family was still burning up in the midst of the heat wave. Parker came out the next day, fixed the issue in 10 minutes, and I have had no issues since they left. That last company came out June 29th - but I was still with no air by Aug 11th. What a breath of fresh air to have a profession service after dealing with the owner of the other company telling me to shut up on the phone when we were in the middle of a heat wave. This company is always quick, exceptional service, and always tries their best to give you prices you can afford.I called after hours about an issue and the tech was honest about what prices COULD get up to, instead of surprising us with an outrageous bill. And after saying we couldn't afford those type of repairs and that we didn't know what we were going to do, they had a tech out here first thing the next morning. Before the office even opened! They were very quick about fixing our problems and did their best to get our bill to a plan we could afford. We had a 7.5 ton outside condenser along with its sister air handler installed here at Central Baptist Church on Monday April 19, 2021. The air handler was in an upstairs attic with a difficult removal/installation procedure involved. There was a crew inside and a crew outside that completed this project with the utmost professionalism and punctuality and when the job was over, you did not even know they had been here.
