I called Truman's today shortly after noon. In less than 2 hours a technician appeared, diagnosed the problem, did the necessary fix. I have never had a problem with this company. My hear pump is very old and I appreciate the fact that they fix it and don't pressure me to replace it! I highly recommend this business.

I've used this service on 3 different occasions, and each time I was very satisfied. The techs quickly diagnosed my the problem with the unit and gave a no hassle repair cost. One feature I really like is there online paying tool, you can use multiple cards to pay Your invoice once it arrives via email. In short I greatly recommend Truman's.

I highly recommend Truman's, they told me what time they would be here and they wasn't a minute late. Marcus found out what the problem was and had everything fixed and running in less than 30 minutes. It's hard to find service like this in today's time. Honest dependable people that does quality work, I wouldn't use anyone else for AC and Heating needs.

We first encountered your company August 3, 2023 when Marcus came to our home and restored our service. He changed a capacitor and left once he was sure we were okay. Aug 12 our system failed again and our service call was answered Sunday morning. Jake was spectacular in his response. He found a tripped circuit breaker, showed me where it was so I could perhaps avoid calls in the future. He was cheerful, professional and, in every way an extraordinary member of your company’s service team. He is exemplary and a valuable asset to your company. Definitely a keeper. Worst service, took 3 trips to our house to fix the ac & parts Truman's installed. If Truman's had installed the parts correctly the first time they would not have had to come back 3 times. Then they charge us for their inability to fix the problem and for work that was not needed or necessary!! No warranty on their work. We were beyond happy we switched to Truman’s! We live out at Lake Blackshear. After, several failed attempts to fix our ac unit by another company (out of Cordele) not trying to name anyone, we finally reached out to Truman’s, after we discovered the other company didn’t care about fixing the problem. They only cared about charging excessive fees for freon and service calls. We finally said enough is enough. I found Truman’s online and they came out immediately, tested stuff for about 5 minutes, told me exactly what was wrong, drove to get the part, came back, installed the part, charged one service fee and the problem was 100% solved! Don't use trumans be cause they will tell you something went bad everytime they come to your house to make you buy more parts I've had to call them 4 times and everytime they tell me a part went bad and if they were professionals they would have fixed it the first time.

We were visiting my father-in-law in Americus and had been out by the pool on a VERY hot (almost 90 degrees) day. When we came inside to get ready for dinner, we realized that the AC vents in the house were blowing warm air. The temperature inside was 76 degrees and rising! It was a Saturday after 5:00 pm, so we weren’t sure we’d be able to get anyone. Truman’s answered our call and a technician arrived at the house within 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a defective compressor capacitor), and the house immediately started to cool! The technician was knowledgeable and professional, and the price was very reasonable, especially for an “after hours” repair. My father-in-law owns several other properties in the area and will definitely be using Truman’s his AC and heating needs in the future!Service: A/C system repair

I called Truman's Air to come give me a quote on my AC after it started freezing over. I had another company come out and "fix" it for $300 but it was still messed up. That company told me I needed a whole new system. So I called around and got quotes from all the local HVAC companies, when Truman's came out to give me a quote they didn't immediately try to sell me on a unit like all the others but instead took the time to listen to me when I told them what was wrong and inspect my unit. They got to my house around 2:30 and didn't leave until well after 5 (even when they originally only came to give me a quote) because they actually diagnosed my problem and fixed my current unit saving me THOUSANDS of dollars I didn't have.. They will definitely be the first place I call next time because the technicians were helpful, great, and informative and I 10/10 recommend.Service: A/C system maintenance

There electrition was late for starters then when inspecting the electronics didnt turn off the power for the ac unit and got electrocuted and our other ac unit stoped working told us that we have accepted home warranty in the past but not that they dont expect it now been waiting a week to hear back had to call my self just to find out they dont expect home warranty and that we still owe money there was no attempt at a courtesy call to let us know any information or that we owe money.Service: A/C system maintenance
