MLW did an excellent job on our kitchen and laundry room reno, as well as our new roof and gutters. Marty and Laura helped us completely transform the space, and Josh made sure everything was done on time, on budget, and with a high attention to detail. He kept us informed every step of the way, and he and Marty were very responsive throughout the work. We had a few unexpected issues crop up and Marty went above and beyond to help us resolve them - even though they were not part of our project with MLW. We absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them!

Marty was low pressure and very straightforward to work with. The final quote I received from him was EXACTLY the same price as the estimate he gave me. Let's just say I'd had some unpleasant surprises with previous contractors who did a bait-n-switch when it came to the final quote of a project after I agreed to go with them based on the estimates. I had them demo the old fiberglass tub/surround, install a new soaking tub and tile inside the window up to the ceiling. Overall, I had a great experience and my guest bathroom looks so beautiful! I am not a bath person but I think I will be from now on!

This is a TOP NOTCH company, in todays world of companies not doing what they say they will or don’t show up when they say they will. MLW is a company that does what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it and how they are going to do it. Their staff are very professional, courteous and very professional. After dealing with another roofing company initially (who never returned calls or got around to doing anything), we were lucky to come across MLW roofing. They were kind and professional, and quickly scheduled a visit for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, and they scheduled the work in short order. I've never used MLW but have worked with Marty on many occasions on his jobs. First thing that comes to mind is that he has the job ready when he says he will. Second thing is he pays promptly. You might ask why I'd leave this review? Because knowing both ends of the job site I can say doing your job with good scheduling and paying your subs will result in a finished product that any homeowner would be proud of. We recently used MLW construction to build an outdoor living space and roof over our existing deck. Having met with several contractors before, we were not certain that our vision would be possible due to a complicated roof line. When Marty first came he immediately knew exactly what we wanted and provided us with answers to all of our questions. During the building phase, he dealt immediately with potential problems when they would arise so that they would not delay the project. All of his crew was totally professional and courteous. We had a great experience working with MLW. We had our roof replaced due to storm damage. We decided to do a whole outer makeover on the house since we were getting a new roof. MLW was able to replace damaged siding, replace windows, fix interior water damage, and paint the house without a problem. They worked with the insurance company and were able to get other repair items added to the claim. My wife and I have a small vacation home in Blairsville Georgia and recently suffered several roof leaks where our add on porches connected to our main cabin. Several attempts to caulk and seal the leaks proved fruitless. We contacted several roofing companies and those willing to respond and give us a quote wanted to remove the metal roof from the main cabin along with the metal roofing on the front and back porches. The estimates came in between 11 and 12 thousand dollars.Contact was mas with MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing and representative Michael Broome arrived. Michael inspected the roofs and advised the rear porch had the metal roof sheets improperly installed and were put in "backwards". Michael explained the system he would use to stop all the leaks and also correctly removed and reinstalled the rear porch metal roof.Lyn and I cannot thank Michael, the initial representative AND the person who made the repairs, and Marty, the owner, for the peace of mind they have they have provided us.
