We needed a new roof... and we were having a new baby! ....All within 10 days (welcome to our life). Atlanta Roofing gave us a competitive price and had the roof installed before we came home from vacation. The entire project was completed in one day. Roof comes with a long warranty and uses a good product- we are happy!

Once we realized we were going to have to give a deposit for our roofing project, my wife and I started doing the research on all the companies, we ended going with Atlanta Roofing as they were the only compay with an A+ rating with the BBB, and no complaints on file. After days on continuing rain, our time finally came. They seemed very professional, and Rodney let us know that day exactly what was going to happen. The only thing i suggest to others is to let people know, your flowers, and delicate shrubs below will be destroyed. All and all were very happy.

We had Atlanta Roofing Construction Inc. put in a new roof in 2015 on our house shortly after we moved in, which came with a 10 year warranty. There is already an issue with the flashing around the old chimney that had been knocked out by previous owners. There is now a leak into our house causing water damage on the ceiling, and Atlanta Roofing Construction's phone number has been disconnected and we have received no responses to our emails or forms filled out on the website. When they first put the roof on, they knocked off the vent hood for our furnace in our attic causing carbon monoxide to be directed into our house. Thankfully we had a CO detector that went off in the middle of the night. We couldn't use our heat in the middle of the winter for more than a week because Atlanta Roofing gave us the run around for a while. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Our roof had been leaking when i called out Atlanta Roofing. They sent a tech out named Carlos, he was on the roof doing an inspection for about 20 minutes, when he returned he showed us pictures of a perfect ciercle sized hole in our roof. He explained to us this was a bullet that fell from the sky. We were in shock ! Later on he told us they see this all the time, since this was on the back of our house, they used a non matching color to repair the roof and only charged us $ 150.00 to make the repair. I cant say enough good things about this company, being a steeper roof there was no way i could make access. Very happy !

Rodney sent his crew came out and resolved a long standing challenge that I had with our roof leaking. They were professional and prompt and went to great lengths to make sure that I was satisfied. The customer service was greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing work !

I did try to do my best research online before hiring them, but when their sales rep Kevin asked for a 50 percent deposit i was really nervous, they were about 3 days backed up, and based on their reputation i decided to take the risk, Kevin told me he would call the day prior to beginningwhich he did. The only problem the day before they didn't finish their last job, and they didn't arrive until almost lunch. They worked the rest of the day, and finished the next day after lunch. The job was good quality, i just wished i would have known it was a 2 day process as i missed 2 days of work.

Update: 3/2/17 Another leak 4 years after the roof install. Same spot they "fixed" just after the initial install. I suspect it wasn't actually fixed based on the spots on my ceiling. It looks like i have another over my porch. No return to my calls or emails for warranty support after several weeks. Guess the warranty is junk. I've got a call into another company to quote a fix. =(----------------original post:Tommy came out and gave me a straight forward estimate and even rearranged schedules on short notice to make sure that my new roof was put on before the weather turned bad. On top of that, they were the most competitively priced of all the quotes i got. Thanks Tommy and Atlanta Roofing Contractors!

I am an agent. My buyers purchase a property that had a new roof installed in December by Atlanta Roofing Contractors. It has only been 3 months and the roof is already leaking. Atlanta Roofing Contractors will not even answer the phone. My client and I have left numerous messages without a single response. Unacceptable.

The day before the crew was to show up they called and said what time they would arrive in the morning. They showed up on time at 0730 hrs (730 AM) and were finished by 1915 hrs (715 PM). The crew was very professional and gave us an idea of what they were doing and went to work. There were 6 in the crew and they worked as a very efficient team and the job flowed smoothly. They also ensured that we had proper venting in the garage as there never was any venting. They did a great clean up job and only slightly damaged the plants around the house.

We would like to thank Mark, and Kevin for our recent roof replacement, the crews did a good job, and cleaned up well. However we did have to pay extra for some wood replacement that wasn't budgeted, overall we were very well pleased.

From start to finish everything went pretty smooth, the Dumspter guys took out a bush, which could have been avoided. Overall we are happy. If i could tell management to try not to finish the job so fast. With the time in the day being so short, they were literally finishing up at dark, and it was hard to inspect the work, and clean up.
