Just received the confirmation that the GAF inspected our roof project and that it passed with flying colors!I am not surprised. Why? Because I've been very impressed with Bell Roofing from the start.As an architect, I have worked with many contractors over the years, and the professionalism I experienced with Ricardo and Carlos, and the entire Bell Roofing team is really great. If there were any hiccups, as there are on any job, they addressed them immediately without question. This is extremely rare with many contractors, so the customer service is unparalleled in my experience.AND not only was the service great, but most importantly, the job itself was fantastic; the 3 layers of waterproofing redundancy, the attention to detail, and the repeated inspection to verify all the subs had done the best job is something that I greatly appreciate.I cannot recommend these guys enough.With a competitive market price, and a number of price point options to choose from, you want these guys for your roofing project. I recently replaced my roof with Bell and had a seamless experience. I got quotes from about 4 different companies but Bell was the most thorough when coming for the initial inspection/quote making sure to check out my attic which no other company did. They also suggested improvements to venting that could keep my upstairs cooler which I appreciated and explained my options in detail. Once the contract was signed the roof replacement was scheduled within the next few days and the communication was amazing. Even during the replacement day Bell kept me in the loop as far as estimated time of completion and sent me detailed pictures of any additional wood replacements that were needed. I really appreciate how easy this was on my end and the amazing job Bell did on my new roof!

We have a complex flat roof on our house. The house is only 4 years old but the roof the builder put on was leaking in many, many places. We originally hired Bell to “audit” the existing roof and provide a written report to use as evidence against original builder. The report was excellent with good clear photos and descriptions of all issues. The original modified bitumen roof was installed improperly and also wrinkled and leaking.Their estimate to replace the existing roof w TPO (recommended for this application due to complexity) and to properly install it according to standards was very competitive. Ricardo at Bell was amazing answering all of my questions to give me comfort that all of the details could be addressed.They did the work quickly and cleaned up pretty well. The new roof looks incredible well done and Ricardo came back and addressed all of the small punch list items we noticed and even helped make sure things looked good aesthetically.These guys take great care of their customers. Highly recommend !

I used Bell Roofing for a full roof replacement. After getting quotes from a few roofing companies, I decided to go with Bell Roofing because their communication was great every step of the way. When they came out to inspect the roof for the quote, they did the most thorough inspection of all of the companies, going up into the attic and also using a drone to get aerial shots of the roof. The price of the quote was in line with the other quotes I received so I believe it was a fair price. I would definitely recommend Bell Roofing to anyone needed roof work done.

We had a new roof installed from Bell Roofing in September of 2023. They were excellent communicators and completed the work of removing the old roof and installing the new roof in one day. The roof looks great and it was the most affordable of several local companies we got quotes from, which we greatly appreciated. It creates quite a mess, but the cleanup was good. After I noticed some stray nails in the yard a few days later, they came back and did another sweep of the yard for nails, which we appreciated as well. The installation team was courteous, efficient & METICULOUS about cleanup which I really appreciated!The communication staff is prompt and they were always willing to discuss my project and answer questions. For anyone that has a niche project, one of the biggest challenges is finding the right expert who can not only understand the needs of project, but who is willing to listen and spend time to find solutions. Our space is a residential rooftop deck that is close to 800 square feet with a TPO membrane. Our project required the inspection and reinforcement of the TPO membrane as well as updates needed on scuppers attaching to 2 drains, updates to the rooftop ledge and work on a smaller deck. We had multiple roofers come to see the space, but few wanted to take on the project, as it they lacked the expertise in such a space. When we met with Ricardo, he had experience in similar spaces and quickly laid out a roadmap. He was hands-on from the beginning and took time to build a relationship with both myself and my wife. He was accessible and quick to answer questions. His crew was prompt and professional. The work that Ricardo and his crew completed was exceptional. Once the project began, we quickly added additional projects including laying out our new rooftop tiles which Ricardo was able to add without enhancing the timeline. Ricardo's commitment to customer service is refreshing. Throughout the project Ricardo always did the right thing for us, which built trust and confidence. Bell Roofing was incredibly responsive and fixed our condo roof issue in O4W Atlanta professionally and timely! We had a leak during a big storm recently and Bell came out and diagnosed the issue right away as a bad job done by our builder on the pitch pan (where the HVAC pipes and wires go). They showed me that all of our units were in the same state and needed to be replaced. Even better, they walked me around our 5 year old TPO roof and found a number of issues that needed attention. All was scheduled and repaired within a week! Katherine and Ricardo are a pleasure to deal with. The Bell crew was hard working, pleasant, and professional. We needed to get some leaking skylights replaced for your historic condo building and we were referred to Bell Roofing by another Condo Association. Ricardo, promptly came out to inspect and advise a solution to replace some skylights and repair the lower part of our roof with an epoxy coating. They got it all done professionally and timely. The Townhouse community I live in shares with all the units a poorly roofed 3rd floor balcony which leaks water into the kitchen area below during torrential rain. His crew was reliable and worked diligently on the project with care consideration for my home as they accessed the upper floor balcony throughout the day. I used Bell Roofing in March 2022 to replace a 14 year old skylight before it started to leak. Their price was fair and worked with me to get a specific skylight with white laminated glass to cut down on sunlight. Communication was excellent. Removing a wood burning stove and pipe requires coordination with a roofing company because there is a hole in the roof after removal.Theron (residential scheduling) made that easy for us. He sent a roofer to evaluate and provided an estimate before the removal. With one day's notice that the stove was removed, he scheduled a repair (in the blazing heat) that was skillfully done and completed hours before an unanticipated heavy storm. We've used Bell Roofing for over 30 years and are pleased the new owners provide the same customer service and quality roofing we've always received.

I am highly satisfied with Bell Roofing. I had to have my roof replaced and everything went smoothly. The entire crew including office staff were courteous, reliable, and organized. I was able to schedule my roof replacement 3 days after I had my roof inspected. The team started around 6:30 am and they were done with my roof by 4:30. The project manager came by to make sure the team were doing their job. This assured me that the team would do a satisfactory job. Also, throughout the process, Ashley, retail manager kept me informed of extra cost when I needed fixed/added on the roof.
