Working with David and his crew was an absolute pleasure. My job entailed replacing gutters and window sills (as well as other outdoor house maintenance), but I basically asked him to fix anything that he saw that needed to be replaced. David was completely transparent in his pricing, and also gave me feedback on other structural items such as our siding, that I no longer have to worry about. I will gladly partner with him on future projects!!! Also, it's simple things, like texting me upon his arrival (so that I can ensure the dogs are put away) that goes a long ways.

I highly recommend using Brook services for exterior home repairs. The team replaced a foggy window and repaired rotted wood on the exterior of my home. Brook Painting is the only company in metro Atlanta I would use to paint my interiors and exterior. We have worked with David for many, many years. He is very knowledgeable about the painting business. When he tells you what you need it will be done right. I found David based on a Google search looking for someone to put up new siding on our house and paint it. Daivd was a professional throughout the whole process from first contact through job completion. They assisted us with removing old vinyl siding, patching/repairing the plywood sheath, putting up vapor barrier, new siding, trim, soffet, etc, and finally they painted all of their work.I found their pricing to be the best by a large margin, but they used the same quality materials and did not cut corners on workmanship. His bid was fair and comparable to the others I had received. David was very knowledgeable, polite and honest about the work that needed to be done. Called them because I needed to get my house pressure washed. I had heavy build up on my vinyl siding. They came out and did an awesome job getting my siding back to new. I have use Brook Painting exclusively since 2008. They have repaired damaged siding, replaced trim, repaired drywall, and they have painted inside and out on all of my houses. I would never use anyone else. Fair, dependable, maticulous, and they leave the job clean and picked-up. Extremely satisfied with choosing Brook Painting for my project. Unlike other companies in a similar price range, they gave a very detailed and specific quote. Also, they do actual replacement for rotted areas of trim work, rather than “Bondo” filler. That was important to me.They did an excellent job on my trim repair, deck treatment, house painting, and gutter replacement. Even though there were several challenging days of rainy weather, they never sacrificed the quality of the project by working in questionable conditions. They proactively communicated with me by phone to update the status of when they would be doing various parts of the project.Everyone that I met from Brook Painting was pleasant and helpful. This was the best overall value out of several companies I was considering. I strongly recommend their services.

I called Brook Painting a few weeks ago, along with a couple of their competitors, to get a quote on having my deck power-washed to try to remove old stain and then have the deck painted a different color. David Arroyo came out within a couple of days and explained the process and what was it wasn’t needed. Unlike his competitors, David sent me the quote when he said he would and he was professional with his follow-up. His team came out to do the job and David was right there to make sure things were done right and to our liking. He even went above and beyond for us by replacing our top railings and also sending his guys to Auburn, GA to pick-up some Trex board I ordered. He also cut and put installed the Trex board for us. I’m particular about the work I get done and any issue I had with the paint job, David made sure it was fixed without complaining. We are very happy with the job they did, especially with our deck not being in the best condition. If you’re looking for a painting company that does good work and are professional in all they do, I recommend Brook Painting and David Arroyo!

This particular project was replacement of siding and gutters in my home. I was pleased with the delivery time. Siding looks great and gutters are made to fit exactly outside of my house. Siding is falling off not even 2 months after the job was "complete". David had to come back out 2 days after he finished to re-attach multiple pieces of siding as it immediately began to fall off. He also failed to paint the weather barrier and refused to fix the problem. We then found another piece of siding that had fallen off while underneath the deck. When I mentioned to David, without much investigation, he concluded it wasn't his fault and he would need $100 to fix. It's obvious the siding was attached poorly and we wouldn't have ever discovered if we didn't have to look under the deck. David doesn't stand behind his work as he withheld my receipt for work completed for over a month in order try to get me to sign a hold harmless agreement. Terrible experience overall.
