Bad Roofing Job On July 8,2019 I signed a contract for this company to replace my roof through a insurance claim. I was charged $19,500 to replace roof. The end of 2021 my roof started to leak in one of my bedroom. I followed up with company after I noticed the ceiling. They came out put tarp up on roof in that area. Since they have not followed up or came back. I have reached out several times by phone and spoke with Indya the lady who answers calls. She has promised me that some one would follow up mutiple times. I have reached our my text. I have had my daughter called to have been told the same thing. My roof is now leaking in the Kitchen. My daughter reached out again only to be asked the same questions as 2021 and 2022. What is the address and who do you want them to contact your mother or you. I am a elderly woman with limited resources. I gave them the job because of them saying they would take care of me only to not honor there warranty and give me the run around about fixing. There contract states 3 yr labor warranty and 30 year manufacturer. My roof started leaking within a year and now spreading. 20k is a lot of money to not have a job completed correctly and not honor the faulty job. The company has horrible customer service. Un professionals workers and most importantly they are not equipped with skills to to follow through on the warranty contracts. They should be out out business and there homes leak the way they have have mine.

Do not use this company. They make a ton of promises regarding warranty on product to earn your business however, they don't deliver as promised. This roof is barely 5 years old and it's falling apart. Contacted them, they said that they will contact me but never did, they even stopped answering the phone calls. My insurance came out and said the entire side of the house was done incorrectly. Insurance inspector said the nails were put in the wrong location on the shingles, that's why they're falling off the house. They won't even take care of their customers even when it's obviously their fault. This is a total disgrace for a company to ignore a case like this. If I could give them a zero I would. You will get a roof done quickly, but when it starts to leak they will do nothing but make promises to come out and take care of it and they never will. Take your business elsewhere with a company who stands by their work. I've been calling them for a year to get nothing but a run around.

I was really impressed that they removed and installed my roof in one day; after which they removed all debris from my property. I am happy to share my experience with such a professional company. From the very beginning the salesperson was informative, knowledgeable and not aggressive with his approach. The weather was very uncooperative which extended the date of installment; but I must say that the staff always stayed in contact to inform me of my position regarding the estimated installation date. When the day of installation arrived the crew had an early start, I had several errands to run. They worked as a unit, my landscaped was protected, I returned and they were about 50% done. I left again to have a nice lunch with my guest. When I returned home the property was clean, not one peace of debris and no damage. I returned home to a beautiful architectural roof. I highly recommend. Customer service still exist!

Great Experience with a great roofing company! Ask for Glen Browne and he will take good care of you. My husband searched the yard for any left over nails because we have two boxers and only found one. Their installers were very thorough in installing our roof and cleanup. We need company like this and a person like Owner to make homeownership easier. Every company would charge limbs and arms for a small job because it's not worth their time. What happen is our DIY list to maintenance a home becomes too long to handle! Even though it's a downspout repair job, Owner and his team got it done quick with a reasonable price. I really appreciate it. Save me a whole weekend of time to try to figure out to fix it myself.

I will never recommend Certified Roofing and Gutters to anyone. First it took them over 3 months to even get started on my roof. It took so long that our insurance company said they were not going to continue with us once our contract was up with them and we had the same Ins company since we bought our home over 15 years ago. Now the roof is complete and I have a long yellow discoloring in the front on my roof and they said it’s my gutters. HAD THE SAME DAMN ROOF FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A DISCOLORING ON MY ROOF, EVEN WHEN IT WAS OLD!!! IN MY OPINION NEVER NEVER USE THEM!!!!

We've had an absolutely traumatic time trying to get Certified Roofing and Gutters to come out and fix legitimate warranty issues (such as water infiltration!!) after installation earlier this year. We have been calling repeatedly for seven months. Don't believe their warranty...they are happy and willing to come out and install products but if you have problems, I guess you'll be on your own based on our experience. They demanded payment the day after installation even though we brought several issues to their attention...they said they'd be back in a few weeks to fix the issues that they admitted definitely required attention, so we paid in good faith. So far, we still have issues requiring work...shingles installed on rotten wood, water infiltration, gutters that drain improperly, etc. Sloppy workmanship and worse customer service. Good luck to you if you work with this outfit.

John is extremely knowledgable about the pros and cons of various flooring types and brands. He is also amazingly patient. I needed to replace flooring in Atlanta. I first tried to match existing laminate in the kitchen and dining room. When I realized that wouldn't work I had to start again. I was able to take samples home and see them in daylight and at night. When I finally made a decision, she worked seamlessly with my installer to get the materials to him in a timely manner.

If they could get there jobs from inspection to completion done sooner, then they would be the best in the business in my book.
