Colony Roofers were quick with their response and quality repair of a double roof leak over my garage. How’s this for great communications and a fix before the next rain storm:- Wednesday afternoon - I called, sent a couple of pictures, and scheduled an inspection the next day.- Thursday afternoon - Kyle Harris inspected the problem area inside and out, sent me pictures of the inspection of the damaged shingles, provided a written proposal, and checked additional roof areas while I reviewed and subsequently approved the work. He also checked with their scheduler and confirmed the availability of a crew the next day. He is a true professional who methodically explained his findings and proposal without pressure tactics.- Friday - the two man Colony Roofing team showed up on time, and replaced the wood sheathing/decking, installed a water and ice barrier (including in areas where it was missing), and installed (pretty close) matching shingles. They reviewed their work with me and cleaned the work area.The quick response before the next rain prevented the garage ceiling from becoming saturated and falling in. Thank you Colony Roofers.

I am very skeptical of roofing companies, or just contractors in general. I read a lot of reviews, but rarely take the time to make a review myself. I had such a great experience with Colony Roofers that I decided to write this review. My salesman, Zach, was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind, never pushy. The crew did a great job as well. Great attention to detail and listened when I had questions. My second experience with Colony Roofers was just as amazing as the first. My parent’s replaced their roof about 3 years ago and recently began experiencing a leak. We contacted Colony Roofers to inspect the roof to see if the leak was covered under warranty and they had no issue sending someone out immediately. After inspection, it was determined that the roof damaged wasn’t covered under warranty and caused by tree damage. This didn’t stop the team from trying to help us, they were willing to get the roof repaired in a few days while staying within our budget. We appreciate the responsiveness and communication we received from Kumar throughout the process. We also appreciate the gentleman (I believe his name is Gio) that came out to inspect the roof. He had no issues with walking the roof with my dad and explaining what the damage looked like and what the next steps would be. For the second time, Colony Roofers has done an amazing job handling the roof on my parents home.

The metal Roof looks amazing and performs well! Colony Roofers was professional and easy to work with! I highly recommend!A previous roofer I hired installed a defective metal roof which began leaking within months of installation. Despite the possibilities of legal entanglements in proceedings concerning the original roofer, Colony Roofers was willing to assess the situation and provide a replacement.Other roofers refused to get involved or even provide an estimate.I am grateful for Colonie's service. Excellent work and craftsmanship at a competitive price! Had a replacement done on a section of roof on our detached garage that was literally falling apart. Thomas and his crew were more than anything I could've asked for. Not only does the roof and awning now look absolutely perfect, they even cleaned our driveway leading to the garage as they finished up! Our rep Thomas, I mean I think he grew up with a father who could build a whole house from the ground up. Thomas *hands down* knows his stuff, as does his crew of course, and he was exemplary in his guidance throughout our entire process from our initial meeting to roof completion and beyond. Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. We now have a beautiful new roof and no leaks!Thank you so much to Kyle. Request him if you go with Colony Roofing! And I suggest that you do. :)

I had a roof leak back in November after a bad storm. I have an older house so sometimes the settling causes nails to pop through, anyways - ended up with both a roof warranty from HSA and then also a warranty from the work done by the previous owner. Colony roofers were super helpful and Kelly in the accounting department was so helpful when there was a miscommunication for billing between the home warranty and them. Super nice people to work with.

I don't recall dealing with a company like this before. Colony Roofers did a good job, top-quality work. The entire team was professional and worked quickly...from the salesperson to the person who did the walk-through with me after the job was completed. There were a couple of issues that arose (not related to workmanship). This company was quick to respond and resolve them. They did not try to bully me because I am a woman and a senior citizen. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. It seems that they operate based on old-fashioned values and principles. For the issues that arose, I didn't have to haggle with them or become stressed out to resolve them. In recent years, I have had other major work done to my home. For every problem that arose with those companies, I had to battle to get what I was paying for, but that was not the case with Colony Roofers. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
