Dr Roof installed our roof in 2014 and did a great job. Recently (2023), we called Dr Roof regarding a small lead on 2/12 pitch section over our screened in porch. They responded quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Their technician, Jose, was extremely thorough and diligent and we are very pleased with what he did.

I have use Dr Roof in the past, and received a good service.But things are different this time, We have a leak from a Roof nail, Had someone to look at it only look outside and said we need to replace, a small area of the roof. Of course we want that fix, and was costly, they where there soon after I agree to the dollar amount,. But the Roof continue leaking, so we had to put plastic inside, and of course has damaged our ceiling.I have contact them a number of times, and finally he came to see the roof inside, and stated they did not seal right the area of work, that they will come back soon..I have continue leaving messages to this person with no response at all, nut he was glad to take my money right away.My roof after repairs is NOT FIX and I am not getting any response from them.Service: Roof repair

Great customer service is obviously Dr. Roof’s strong point from beginning to end of the roofing & gutter replacement process. The staff & teams were prompt, polite, professional & took pride in their job; it was like dealing with your best friend!I would recommend Dr. Roof unreservedly.

They did a decent job installing the roof and gutters, but they didn't install the gutters as originally planned during the initial estimate and now I'm being charged for them having to come back out and redo a part of the gutters to how I originally wanted it. Also there is a piece of metal sticking up from a corner of the roof near the gutter that left permanent damage to the siding of my house.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

My project manager, Drew, was never seen face to face. I did see his truck on my camera once when the roofers were working. He was unprofessional on the phone as well. He never checked over the completed gutters. I had to take a picture of them, hanging off the side of the house, and the gutter team came back and fixed them. As my contract stated all plywood removed would be left on side of dumpster for me to inspect. This did not happen. The actual roofers did a good job.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair

I hired Dr.Roof on 2/21/2021 to fix two leaks in the roof of my sunroom. They came and fixed it and provided a 3-yr warranty for their work. A few weeks later, one of the spots started leaking again. They returned and took care of it, but a few days later it was still leaking. Then they sent a QA inspector on 8/16/2021, who admitted that the repair person had "not gone far enough". But that to fix the leak they would need to charge me more. The warranty was for the (shoddy) work done, not for the new work that needs to be done for the same leak (?!?!) So I paid $1900 for the shoddy work, and they want $1435 to fix just the one leak (again!). Their warranty is meaningless, and their work is bad.Service: Roof repair
