After my claim being denied for separate times by Allstate my customer service rep Bryan was incredibly persistent and eventually got me an entire new roof as I needed. On the day of installation, Logan the site manager offered White Glove service and everything with this company was a pleasure from beginning to end.

I had several other companies that said they can get my roof done. These insurance companies don't want to repair anything thing. So at that point I gave up. Then Brian with FIRST CLASS ROOFING stopped by my house, said that he came by once before, anyway he wanted the opportunity to see if he could get the roof replaced, I said go for it and that the insurance company is not going to do it. He said he could get it done and that he did. Brian went above and beyond, I recommend them to anyone. Now that's first class service.

Unfortunately my aging parents and I are having a hard time with this company. The roof installed 2 years ago is already coming up. They would not respond the first time even though the roof was installed in a shotty way. They are getting away with not responding because the contractor passed away. This is 2 years of trying to get help with this roof from them but they won't budge. What a way to treat your customer especially the elderly.

My roof was falling apart…I had Allstate come take a look at it but they denied the inspection…No choice but to look for another company and Mr Varela came in to inspect it same day and the following week it was approved!! Definitely recommend him for all your roofing work ! 5 stars isn’t enough

Where do i begin.. after a terrible storm my roof was left in pieces, practically giving in and leaking water. I tried to go through my insurance at Allstate but they denied me. Luckily I came across a young man by the name of Bryan Varela over at First Class Roofing and Solar. He fought and was able to get my approved by my insurance in less than a week. My insurance company wanted to patch my roof instead of replacing it. First Class contacted my insurance company and got my roof replaced. First Class Installed a 10 kWh rooftop solar panel system on our home with a 10 kWh Enphase back-up battery. The system is awesome and First Class did an excellent job making sure the system got up and running (and approved by Georgia Power). We are now generating more energy on a daily basis than we use and getting credits back from Georgia Power while also weaning from the grid. Only issues with the instillation involved the need to replace a broken part from the manufacturer that delayed getting the system up and running. First Class team made sure that we knew the status of the replacement part and that the system got on track for producing energy once the part was delivered. The system is now producing reliable energy over the past 4 months.

They were respectful and hard-working, but terrible at communication. If you hire them for solar panels, you'll get them...eventually. You'll be in the dark most of the way, and they may mess up the install plan for you like they did for me, though they did try to make it right. The electricians they subcontract with aren't good at what they do. Can't say I'd recommend them for solar panel installation.

Excellent experience, we finally found our family roofer! Roofers are a dime a dozen, but they lived up to their name. First Class went above and beyond in the claims process. I went for the 3M upgrade that is guaranteed to stay beautiful and couldn't be happier. Have sent them several referrals around Georgia and everyone has been super happy.

Very regretful, Beware.Cons:Young installation crew and company not very experienced. First Class Solar does not have, or do not follow their own guidelines and processes for safe quality work the first time.Not an Enphase preferred company and it showed. Not a solar roofing equipment approved company, and it showed.Does not pay attention to details.Does not follow manufacturer installation instructions.Does not have qualified installers and electricians.Multiple costly mistakes, missed steps, and quality issues were observed and experienced throughout a lengthy installation.Very very very documented unsafe work practices.Somewhat responsive.I'm happy to see the positive reviews on here which is why I chose them. However, with the very poor quality of workmanship, poor safety culture, errors, disregard for manufacturer's installation documentations, corections and re-correction, incorrectly installed parts and equipment, miswired non-working system, property damage, uncleaned premises, rushed work, spending hours trouble shooting and fixing their errors MYSELF, I can't say I would agree with anything but 1 star.Pros:Respectful. Hardworking.The one positive experience I've had with first class is their sales person Brooke. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuine about the industry. She is respectful, hardworking and cares about her customers. If it wasn't for Ms.Brooke I would've pulled the plug on their poor installation half way through the process. The company is lucky to have Brooke, but she really needs to move on.

I was referred to First Class by a friend in the industry and he told me what a stand up general contracting company they are and how easy they are to work with. My roof did not have enough damage to go through insurance, so they repaired my leak and gave me a labor warranty as well. This really is a good company. Josh is one of the last contractors with morals and integrity. I gotta say I almost didn't open the door when I saw another contractor asking to change my roof. I use to be a commercial drywall sub contractor and can tell you from 1st hand experience you don't want to deal with most of them. His crew knocked out the work quickly but most importantly when the rains came after a couple of weeks NO leaks! Another important point was he stayed in contact and always picked up the phone when I called.If you need a new roof or anything else done Josh will do his best to make it right.
