I just completed a huge exterior improvement project with Jason, Ted, and Patrick from GDE. 446 apartments, 25 buildings. They performed carpentry repairs, welded new stair railings, painted the buildings a new color scheme, and replaced the gutters and downspouts. I've never had a smoother, more professional experience than working with GDE. They are excellent communicators, providing (unsolicited) weekly updates on progress, and accurate look-ahead planning toward future milestones. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Operating around occupied apartment homes can make this kind of work exceedingly difficult, because you have hundreds more "clients" than you may have signed a contract with. GDE handles this dynamic better than anyone I have ever worked with. Highly recommended.

Wayne came out to repair the stairs for our property and Wayne and his team (Oscar and others) did an excellent job. Personable, and attentive to detail - Wayne explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I could understand. Great experience with GDE and a great example of stellar communication along with Eric and his weekly recaps. It was a pleasure y’all!

GDE Renovations was contracted to complete a full renovation of our community, Brookhaven 1322. The renovations are elevating our community to be a brand new, beautifully designed with interior and exterior features that have a modern touch, superb landscape throughout and so much more! All of our residents are loving their new place they call home which makes our job easier! We contracted GDE Renovations to oversee an $850k complete exterior rehab of our community, Bella Apartments. They were extremely professional, communicated updates to us daily and the work they completed was on schedule and looked great! They were mindful of our tenants, completed the project on time and within budget. We contracted GDE from a recommendation of a business associate of mine. Jason came out and we went over what we needed done and our projected budget. he walk us through what they would do and made several recommendations including repairing our etched glass exterior doors and frames as opposed to a tear out and replace. the work looked great and saved us several thousand on the project. All the renovations including painting, carpentry work, siding and window replacements look great. Jason completed the final walk through with me and all work was completed on schedule. We will be putting them to work on our next project.

GDE is one of the most professional, multi faceted, and detail oriented company's I have worked with for contracted capital improvements to the multi-family residential site I currently manage. They took on a very extensive roof replacement project that required strategic planning and involved many moving parts. Throughout each step, communication was clear and plans were followed through as stated. I’ve used GDE for multiple exterior renovation jobs. They are professional teams and do quality work. After painting nearly 1,400 units, I’ve not had a single resident complaint elevated beyond the local project manager. All work has been completed faster than expected.
