If only it was possible to give a zero. I hired the company Feb of last year. My insurance company sent a check in both their name and mine. They signed my name to the check and cashed it. They never came to do any work and they refuse to refund the money. The money was sent to them by precision claim who has emailed them to find out why they have not given me a refund and they never responded back. Now they are saying that they won't repair the roof until they are paid in full. Additionally they will not refund my monies with hitting me with a penalty and keeping some of the money

Do not recommend. Our experience has been a nightmare. June 2023 they had a rep stop and ask if we wanted him to check our roof for damage. Husband said sure. Filed claim with insurance. Come to find out the "contract" my husband signed, which was not explained to him, apparently we were assigned an attorney but phone # not valid and email not valid. And we never got a contract or copy of a contract.Could never get a call back and now they are threatening to keep a portion of money our insurance paid them.10 months later still nothing. I've left messages and sent an email to attorney that sent us a letter for demand of deductible payment or they will keep part of the money and send us the rest.We don't know what to do. Our insurance company won't talk to us because they say they were told we were represented by an attorney. We have 10 days to resolve but they won't call us back.Be careful with this company.

Tim Allen is the best. He took over this project along with many others I understand. He was on top of everything from day one. He had all the details in regards to my project and brought together all the loose ends in a very professional manner. His follow up was excellent as he is a man of his word. He renewed my confidence totally in your company. I appreciated his cordial demeanor as well.I have been in sales as well as sales training . Also as a contractor I had a business for 25 years whereas Customer Service was a must. So I know a thing or two!lol.Seriously Tim is truly an asset to your organization.

I could not recommend going with this company I had everything put in place last February. It is now November I received a check that I turned over to the roofing company on July 21 over four months later they had still not started my roof like I was promised 2 to 4 weeks from that date the check was sent back to me $1300 short or what I’ve gave them they refused to refund me the 1300 that their processing company took off but it’s been over four months and still had not had a roof done. Went with another roofing company and within a week they were out here Replacing my roof

Guys did a great job. Like watching a well oiled machine. Basically had the roof done in 5 and a half hours. Tim Allen was the gentleman we dealt with and he handled everything for us and made sure the job was done well. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof replaced.
