GIP Restoration was very professional in handling my roof inspection, explanation of the process, dealing with the insurance and PA. Even when it took multiple interactions with the insurance, GIP and the PA never gave up. After a few months of back and forth they were able to get the approval. Everything else afterwards was scheduled professionally and happened very timely. Thanks to Krisly and Abby in coordinating the whole journey.I will highly recommend GIP Restoration.

GIP Restoration was a savior, an excellent company on every front, keeping my anxiety low with the multiple issues I had.Prior to GIP, I had a bad experience from so-called good roofing company. That company failed to get my claim and then my insurance company dumbed me. Also, I had travel abroad for family issues. GIP kept me informed throughout my trip and re-assured me. They beat the deadline and a better roof was installed in 1 day after they won an insurance claim for me. This was for the same roof that the other roof company failed to get my claim approved.

Scammers!!! These people scammed my husband into signing a contract with them by saying that he was signing a paper so they could help with filing a claim with our insurance. They didn't say that it's a contract nor did they go over the terms on the contract. Then they threatened us that they will take us to court if we go with any other contractor. They are scammers so don't ever sign anything!
