Gold Stars Roof overall is a satisfying company that provides quality work. They finished my roof in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the outcome! They also have a referral program which is awesome. I did have a bit of a hiccup with receiving my referral check after the job was completed so I contacted Gold Stars with my concern. Thomas Blackburn, Founder & CEO, contacted me to assist with my issue and to assure me that I would be receiving my check soon. I am now satisfied and I would recommend this company to anyone! Gold Stars Roof company is a joke they came and repair my roof in July 2023. They did a great job but a never received my referral fee nor my marketing credit. But they will call and harass you and show up at your house for the check from the insurance company. They will LIE to customers about the referral fee just to get your dam business. This is not a company to trust at all I should have went with another company that is trustworthy. I have reached out to the company and DAN so many times and no response. If I could give this company a zero I would I would never recommend this roofing company to no one. I did my part with a good review,referral,sign in my yard. I’m still waiting on my referral FEE

My name is Beverly Avery Gold Star's roofing was to replace my roof in September 2023. I gave them the insurance check. They said it wasn't enough to replace the entire roof but still no roof repair or replacement has been done. I have called several times, left messages, waited on return phone calls and updates. I have still received nothing from Gold Stars roofing. In the meantime, I have found someone that will replace my entire roof for the amount of the insurance check that I gave gold stars roofing but I have not heard any response about the return of the funds that were paid in the beginning go starts. Roofing was in constant contact with me. The service representative was always at my house was always following up but once they got that check I have not heard anything and this has been since September of 2023. Do not do business with Gold Stars roofing

I had a wonderful experience with Gold star roofing from beginning to end. The adjuster Josh was so accommodating even coming to my job to bring documents. He dealt directly with the insurance company and made everything a smooth process! On top of the stellar customer service my roof looks phenomenal!!! Giving my entire home a face lift! Thanks Gold Star!! I would highly recommend!

What I liked about this company is they not only limit themselves to your roof damage but they will address all storm damage that has occurred to your home. If they don't answer when you call someone will return your call within minutes. Also, you will be provided with several people that you can contact that will address any of your concerns and issues you might have with the job(s).Thanks Daniel, Cherrelle and Dunkin for hanging in there with me.

They don’t pay the people they employ and by reading the reviews (the ones they don’t pay for, God knows with what money) they don’t exactly treat their possible customers right. We just got our roof replaced the service was amazing. Andrew Sax was our sales rep and he was amazing he stayed in contact with us every step of the way. We were on a timeline and gold stars worked with us to meet that timeline, and we really appreciate that. They made the process easy and simple they did a great job. This team showed me lots of love by putting a new ridge vent, drip edge and static vent out of their own pocket that the insurance company wouldn’t pay for. The roof is also great quality I couldn’t recommend them enough!

If I could give 0 stars I would. When they came to my house knocking on the door, I explained that I was working but they said it would be quick. The gentleman that I spoke with said that the form I was signing was to give them permission to contact my insurance company. NEVER did he say that I was entering a contract. However, I request that they send me an estimate prior to me sending them a copy of what insurance will cover (to ensure that they were not inflating their prices based on insurance coverage). I asked for this via phone numerous times and via email. I never received it. I spoke with another company who provided me with the information that I asked for and they were more than happy to provide me with that information. With that being said, I informed Gold Star that I would be using a different company since they did not provide the info that I requested. They then called an tried to strong arm me into paying 20% of what the job would have cost or $2,000.00 which ever is grater. AND, threatening to put a lien on my house and take me to court. 1. How would I know what 20% is if I never received an estimate? 2. I was mislead into signing a document. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE!
