These guys were fast and very easy to work with. They helped me get through the process with insurance from start to finish and were very responsive and kept me well informed. Whole thing took 2 weeks but the install was all dine in a day. Highly recommend.

Jesse Brown and his team stood by me the entire process. UPDATE 2+ YRS LATER STILL 5 STARSJP ROOFING is the BEST! I cannot praise Jesse and his team more highly. The entire process from inspection to installation was incredibly easy especially for me, a first time homebuyer. Jesse, the owner, is a genuinely good person who really went the extra mile to negotiate with my homeowners insurance to get the maximum settlement possible. Even when my insurance company pushed back on some coverage, Jesse had my back. My new roof is gorgeous and has greatly improved the value of my home. If you are even SLIGHTLY in need of a new roof or repair, you would be doing yourself a serious disservice if you didn't at least get him to give you a quote and meet with you. His team was professional and got the job done very quickly. And as mentioned, Jesse is an extremely friendly person who legitimately has a passion for ensuring his customers are happy; a rare quality in contractors in my experience.

I had a tree fall on my home in june 2023, i called multiple tree companies and the wanted to wait to come look at the damage weeks out ,well JP crew send someone within 20 minutes ! WOW ! i know , i was so thankful, they fixed my roof within one day and worked with my insurance company as i was new to everything so they helped me.John & Jesse was incredibly communicative and responsive during these times. John even responded while on vacation. They also replaced my gutters and they work great and even better they look Amazing now and so seemless! if you are wondering if you should work with JP Roofing or are looking for someone to fix your roof, i Highly and i mean HIGHLY !! recommend them. My Roof needed replaced due to a Tree falling on my home, i called JP Roofing and they sent someone to access the damage right away, they answered within the first call, no waiting around. Jesse and John explained how everything worked and what i needed to do. They worked with my insurance company because i was new to it all. the roof got installed within one day. They both always communicated with me and made sure to keep me updated on anything new. i Highly Recommend them. I had a ceiling leak and Jesse responded promptly and came out for an inspection right away. He took pictures of the areas that needed work and provided options on repair and maintenance areas. Another repair company rep came out and did not even go on the roof for their quote but Jesse did and explained everything thoroughly with a written quote and pictures attached. He provided updates on his progress without me asking for them - I was pleasantly surprised since I'm usually chasing folks for updates on work like this. He provided finished photos and his work looked amazing. All the stars for fantastic customer service and a job well done. I would definitely call again in the future. My roof was old and went through a lot of wear and tear as time went on. Hail struck and essentially broke the camels back. The roof was ruined. These guys fixed the whole thing as well as the gutters for a generous price. They are thorough in their work, and I'd heartily recommend their services.
