KTM is a very professional company. Both Richard and Hector are very skilled and detailed in their work. Richard arrived on time and immediately began survey of the work that my husband and I needed done. Also, he noted an area that we had not previously discovered, brought that to our attention. We agreed to include it in the repair estimate. Hector and his crew arrived at the specified time on the designated day of repair and immediately began to go to work. We feel like Hector did his due diligence to perform the work that had been specified in the contract. Additionally, he corrected a couple of areas that needed to be repaired prior to completing the job. They did an excellent job in cleaning up all of the debris that was produced from the repair! KTM is an excellent choice for roofing repairs.

We were quite pleased with KTM’s gutter installation. We chose this company because they had recently done a wonderful job replacing our roof. We thought if we chose them to replace our gutters as well, they would have incentive to do a good job, to keep any water from harming the roof. 😊 The process was quick and easy, and they did a fantastic job. When we had a few follow-up issues that needed to be tweaked after our first hard rains, they immediately sent someone out to take care of it. We used KTM to replace our roof and gutters in 2019. We were so pleased with their work, that when it came time to choose a company to repair our chimney, we knew to call KTM right away. They came out the next day to inspect and prepare an estimate. They completed the repair in a timely manner, and when we noticed there was an issue with the paint running due to stormy weather, they immediately came back out to repaint. They provide quality work with prompt service. Should we have any future needs for roof repair or similar services, they will be our first call. We used KTM years ago for our tile roof. They redid it. We had a warranty that they honored after a few tiles broke. They came out recently. They also fixed a few more areas and were exceptional. Great Experience with KTM re-roofing our entire house. Richard was prompt and provided a very thorough quote. He included quality products for everything we needed and did not cut corners. Surprisingly, the price was actually the lowest of the 3 qualified roofers that I had to come out to give me a price but they had the best warranty. Everything went as scheduled and the workers got it all done in one day! Our new roof and replacement skylights look great.

I got four quotes on having my roof and gutters replaced in April 2022. All were in the same ballpark, but KTM’s was one of the lower bids. Chris Tyson, the very responsive and helpful rep for KTM was willing to work with me on a couple of aspects specific to my house, and gave me a very detailed quote. Joe and the roof work crew showed up on time and did a very professional job — it looks more finished and neater than the last roof I had put on by a different company years ago. They finished on time, and cleaned up very well afterwards. The gutter work will be done next week, but I’m sure they’ll do an equally meticulous job on that.Service: Roof installation

They also gave the most thorough estimate and explained everything that needed to be done. We had 3 other estimates which took only a half hour each and none of them went on roof or in attic! I chose KTM to replace our roof based on experience from the first contact to the office. Staff was very pleasant. Richard came out to give us the estimate. Very informative and answered all of our questions. Definitely not one of those pushy sales people. Hector and his crew showed up on time (even a little early) as scheduled. As promised they completed the job in one day. They cleaned up everything as the went, you would have never known they were there. KTM was recommended to us by a neighbor after we found a leak in our roof, and we had also found them in the Best Pick Reports. Overall, we had a great experience with KTM Roofing. Beginning with setting up an appointment through to getting the work done. Angie was great about setting up an appointment that worked well for us. We were scheduled within a few days as opposed to several other companies requiring several weeks. We needed someone to look at our issue as soon as possible.Leonard was our consultant. He was always on time to our scheduled appointments, very knowledgeable, and he was very patient with my multitude of questions which I appreciated. KTM was able to quickly schedule a new plumbing vent to be installed, and the job was done very well. We would happily use KTM Roofing in the future!

Great looking roof & quick gutter guard install. Ample help and explanations of every single detail and personal concern prior to and after accepting their proposal for a quality customer service experience. The KTM representative was very respectful, patient, and professional. KTM shined a head and shoulders above the other three roofers from whom I obtained quotes. KTM was obviously the company to replace the roof on MY PRECIOUS HOME. KTM also installed DIAMOND gutter guards for me. As usual with our local labor force, the install team was Hispanic and the team lead spoke broken English, but addressed every one of my pertinent questions and concerns. The install team also left my property around the home in good condition...in the condition they found it. I have the utmost confidence that the KTM installed roof will last without problem for its full life expectancy. I'd use KTM to replace your roof or mine. The gutter guards were tested the same day with a huge rain storm. They performed as promoted. I will never have to climb to the 2nd story to clean gutters ever again.

We used KTM Roofing to install new gutters on our home. After several days we got a hard rain. The one corner of the house, where the downspout meets the gutter, was shooting water everywhere. KTM Roofing re-roofed our home several years ago which required some decking replacement and the addition of a peak vent. They did an excellent job, not only with the roof itself but the cleanup and replacement of a satellite dish and antenna. When we required service a few years later due to storm/wind damage they were quick to respond. KTM has also re-roofed several other homes in our neighborhood. Word of mouth travels fast. Great experience! You guys made the whole process so easy and helped me out when I was in a bind! I needed a leak repaired and my painters were coming the next week. KTM came out, emailed me a quote, complete with photos and detailed description of problems. Chris got right back to me and fit us in quickly, even though they were slammed with clients. Most importantly, the price was fair and they didn't quote me for unnecessary work. I cannot thank you enough and wish all of my home maintenance vendors were like KTM!

I met a KTM representative while at the CVS. I saw the signage on his truck. I asked if they worked around this area of Duluth. He said absolutely. After explaining my roof issue , he asked if I lived nearby and he would take a look at it. Pleasantly surprised I said sure. We drove to my house he looked and told me what the problem may be. I had 2 other roof contractors assess the issue but no follow up. He assured me that they would and he understood. After he left, I received an email from him and then the office of KTM. He followed up and then 2 days later the work crew called and informed me that they would be there the next morning and they were.
