I will go to Mosaic for all of my roofing needs. I’m a first time home buyer, and I was under the impression that I needed to replace the roof on the extension because it was too shallow for shingles and needed a metal roof or some other costly solution.Kyle came out to inspect my roof and determined it was in good shape and the shingles were perfectly adequate. He could have quoted me a project that I would have accepted as necessary and I’d have tried to figure out a way to do it (money’s tight!).Honesty. Mosaic didn’t sign me up as a customer today but they’ve earned my business for life. When I inevitably need a roofing project done, Mosaic will be my first and only call.

Kyle and Steven were amazing! They came out on a Sunday to service my roof leak! They were on time and professional and completed the job quickly. They took photos what they repaired and did a complete roof inspection. The price was great also. I would definitely recommend them!

Due to the storm and heavy rain last night on 3/5/24; I realized something was wrong when rain water started pouring out of my fireplace. I contacted Mosaic Roofing Company Atlanta late, after 1a.m. to try to get immediate assistance. Kyle and his team was already out helping another customer, but he communicated very well with me and even tried to come help at 1 a.m. now that’s dedication! Kyle was so helpful and him and his team made it out here at 7:30 a.m. to diagnose and seal my chimney to prevent this from happening again. That’s six and a half hours from when I found him on google. Thank you so much for your swift and affordable service!

On August 3, 2023, we had a severe thunderstorm, with high winds.As a result, two very large limbs fell on my roof, resulting in four full penetrations of the roof.I phoned Mosaic roofing, and spoke with Esteban, who is the consummate professional.After getting all the information he needed from me, he said a crew would be in touch with me shortly.Within a short time, Mr.Kyle Costencalled me, to say he was on his way to me.Soon after, he and his crew arrived.Within minutes, he and his crew had assessed the situation, formulated a plan, and put it in motion.This crew functioned like a well-oiled machine ! I watched in admiration as they worked in complete coordination with each other. In short order they had thelimbs cut up and off the roof, the roof completely clean, and "tarped"to make it water tight. By then, they were working with portable lights, as it was full dark.They did not stop until my house was weather proof.This is incredible crew, and an awesome company. However, the carporch began leaking in some spots and just ⁰moving here shy only a couple of years, nothing like this could have ever been expected. Mosaic was recommended by our former neighbor. Matt came out, assessed the situation, and promptly sent out the crew that specializes in metal roofs. This team worked hard and fast with outstanding results. They update you constantly about progress with pictures and live cameras and leave the area spotless when complete. I have massive gardens surrounding the house and property; there wasn’t so much as a broken twig in the garden.Kyle and his team will also be in your corner when playing tug-o-war with the insurance company. They were waiting on the roof when the adjusters arrived to the house… that’s about as professional a service can get. And you won’t get the run around from insurance. Great communication through the entire insurance claim process. Great, Clean crew.
