I can’t say enough good things about this company! Brad was super quick in scheduling a person to come out and review the leak. He was courteous and very thorough in explaining the process. He was able to get someone out there quickly before the rain. They found the issue and resolved it before it became a bigger problem. This company was honest and didn’t over charge us for their service nor did they attempt to find “extra “ problems like other roofing companies. And their roofer was quick in getting the work done, they were in and out in an hour. Definitely check them out for your roofing needs!

With COVID-19 it was hard to find a contractor to come out and repair a problem in our roof (leak) that ruined our front porch. This constant rainy weather these past few weeks did not help the situation either. There were delayed responses from other companies as well as other contractors who could not fix all our concerns due to COVID-19 limitations. I am so glad I found this company! They were responsive and communicative and willing to address and repair all our main concerns. Zach was professional, responsive and ultimate a great person to work with! It was such a relief to find a responsive company that could get our residential repair completed expeditiously and for a reasonable cost. They are veteran friendly! I would highly suggest this company to anyone with emergent roof concerns during this pandemic. They will get the job done immediately and strive to address all your concerns. Attached are the photos of the porch damage caused by leakage in the roof. New Image roofing first repaired the leak in our roof. We can't say enough good things about this company. My grandmother had a re roof done 2 years ago. It went smooth and the guys are very professional. Fast forward 2 years with that's extreme cold front a seal broke on one of the vents. It took one day after contact with the company to come out and honor the warranty. A+++ customer review. Others may have had a good experience, but ours was horrible. New Image gives a 30 warranty which is only helpful if the work is done right and they can fix the problems, which they CAN"T. We didn't find out until too late that New Image uses subcontractors that must not have been vetted at all. We have three chimneys and the flashing job around these leaked on two of them, one to the tune of a gallon every 2 hours or so requiring me to go up into the attic to try to catch as much water as possible at all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, the leak was in a room that we used for storage and we didn't discover the leak until my lungs started reacting to the mold caused by the leak! My wife and I both were sick for weeks, never mind the stress caused by the whole mess. It took several attempts to stop this leak, meanwhile more water kept coming in. The other chimney leak was never fixed despite numerous tries to correct it. We finally had to have Dr. Roof come and they fixed it in one attempt! The mold remediation and room repair cost us thousands of dollars. We were in the process of getting our house ready to sell and had to disclose that there was a mold issues that required remediation, decreasing the value of our house. New Image was no help with the insurance claim process for which we had to go through the subcontractor. We started the claim process four months ago and have just now come to a settlement, which will not cover all the costs. This was a total mess! If you have a straight forward job with no chimneys, this company MIGHT be adequate, but if not, do yourself a big favor and call Dr. Roof instead.Service: Roof installation

I just bought a house in Decatur. The roof was twenty years old and at it life end. I called Jonell and she sent me an estimate to my email. I had set up appointments with two other roofing companies that used high pressure and added an extra square plus added cost for metal flashing. New Image Roofing gave me a quote which included all the extras the other companies were charging and 2 grand less. This company is great !!! They came out to install my roof and were done in one day. I love my new roof, they did a great job. ThanksOops I forgot to mention the warranty.

i was referred to New Image roofing by my insurance company so I new I was in good hands. Montana called me that same day to set up a time to come to my house to inspect my roof. They came and met with the adjuster for me and by the end of the week he was contacting me to show me samples. I felt so comfortable and they were very thorough. I am getting my new roof in September and I cant wait. I could have it done sooner but I will be out of town. This company is the best! They are super responsive and the customer service is outstanding! They assisted me with a roof repair after a few shingles blew off from a heavy storm and subsequently caused dry wall water damage inside my home. They completed all the work in one day and there was no mess leftover to clean! They also had the very best price compared to other estimates I received. Jonathan Simms responded quickly to all our requests and communication with him about the project was excellent. This company is AMAZING!!! Handled my claim for hail damage perfectly! The insurance company only wanted to pay for repairs, but Montana's knowledge and expertise forced the insurance company to replace the whole roof. They were able to complete the roof within one day and started the project just two weeks after the adjuster approved the claim! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!!!!!

New Image Roofing Atlanta made replacing our storm damaged roof far easier than I ever could have imagined the process to be. CJ was absolutely amazing to work with from the first time I met with him until after our roof was completed! CJ helped with filing our claim, was onsite to help with our insurance adjuster, came and showed me all different examples of new shingles and clearly explained what was included with the insurance coverage and what would be a premium option and the differences between them (he was in no way pushy nor tried to up sell me but we did end up selecting a premium multi-colored shingle because of some of the advantages he mentioned). The best part was how well CJ kept in contact about the status of everything, this is something that none of the past companies I had work on our house have been good with. If I ever need my roof replaced again I would call CJ back in a heart beat!Thank you CJ and all of the great people at New Image Roofing Atlanta we absolutely love our new roof!

Clear experience with working with the insurance company and good follow-thru and support. I also want to note I am a certified home inspector and I would have given install excellent review for materials/technique and proper code.
