We had Pacific Exteriors do a complete replacement and upgrade of siding and paint for our 25 year old home in Kennesaw Georgia and are extremely pleased with the results. This was a large project that spanned multiple weeks but our project management team Pavel and Aysha made it very smooth. The construction team’s attention to detail and thoroughness were excellent. After meeting with several local companies here in Georgia to complete a total restoration of the exterior of my home, I decided to move forward with Pacific Exterior’s for several reasons. In my initial meeting with Dewand, I was impressed with his knowledge of products/options, his professionalism, and his overall interest and excitement in helping me make my vision come to fruition.This restoration was a large project that spanned about 2 months. I had Pacific Exteriors replace all windows and remove the wooden exterior to be replaced with Hardie Plank.Shortly after signing on the project, I was introduced to Aysha, my project administrator. Aysha was amazing to work with. She kept me updated on every single step throughout the timeline of the project and never missed a detail. I knew exactly what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. From the initial dropping of the materials to my final walk-through, Aysha was there and always made herself available to answer all my questions throughout the process.James, my project manager, was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of home repair and attention to detail is unmatched. James went above and beyond to ensure that each step of the restoration was completed correctly; pointing out and correcting any issues along the way before I had to reach out to him. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with on this project. To say I am impressed would be an understatement.While I was hesitant in the beginning due to the financial investment; seeing the finished product reassures me that I made the right decision that will preserve my home for decades. As a corporate transferee throughout my career, I have purchased 7 residences. With these homes came the opportunity to engage with literally every trade involved in the home improvement process.I am a very careful buyer of goods and services and do my due diligence on a company before I will let them even bid on a project, much less award them the business.With regard to Pacific Exteriors, they rate #1 on my list of home improvements vendors. Why? Because everything that was promised at the time I signed the agreement came to fruition and more.This company lasers on customer satisfaction, and they deliver as promised because they have processes in place to ensure 5-Star work and the people in place who deliver 100% satisfaction.I was lucky enough to be assigned to the quality control team of Pavel and Aysha and they delivered beyond expectations. In every project I have ever done, there is always going to be a hiccup or two along the way. The question is…How does the company respond in these situations? With Pacific Exteriors, you can rest easy because they catch any blips before they become problems. Plus, their attitudes never leave the “high road.”I have been a part of books published on customer service and I could write a chapter just on how well Pavel and Aysha do their jobs and what separates them by leaps and bounds from any others I have done business with and give specifics that are rarely found in today’s home improvement trade. They are without question the very best.This is a company that comes with high integrity and it is because of the quality of associates it hires.I’m only sorry that every other contractor I work with, the vast majority of which are extremely good at what they do, still don’t hit the bar that Pacific Exteriors has set.Thank you for an incredible hassle-free experience!

He was very clear on what was clearly covered as well as how he spoke with the owner about being able to accommodate my specialized requests.
