Pink Gorilla Roofing roofed my home June 25, 2019. I have been trying to reach this fraudulent operation for 4 years, but, no answer. My roof still leaks and they don't deserve 1 star. Please beware this is a fraudulent company. (JWS)

The entire experience with Shane / C& C Contractors was first rate. Shane is always very polite and if he says he's going to be there, he's there. My opinion? For a serious situation, one wouldn't go to court without a lawyer so don't deal with an insurance adjuster without Shane !!I HIGHLY recommend C&C for any roofing needs. The roofers did a high quality installation. More specifically, the roofers striped off the old shingles down to the wood. Next they installed a membrane over the entire roof followed by drip edge over "every" roof edge. Around the dormers and roof valleys they installed thick high quality rubber membrane. We opted for the upgraded architectural shingles which were a great deal!! Lastly, C&C removed the old leak prone turtle back roof vents and replaced with ridge vents. Certainly the installation is far superior to the previous roof !!

Watched this crew knock out the house across the street in a day. Spoke with them after. First Rate! Met appraiser on site. Got insurance approval. New roof in a day. Must say it looks better than new and increased the value of my home! Could not be happier. A pleasure to work with these professionals.

Pink Gorilla completely replaced my roof and gutters, and it looks amazing! They come out super fast, got the roof done in a day, then came and did the gutters in half a day. Looks better than it ever did before. No doubt added value to my house! They worked directly with my insurance co. and handled everything! I was really nervous about this whole project, but it was so easy! I wish all house repairs went this smooth. We chose Pink Gorilla Roofing to replace our roof because we’d been watching them replace other roofs in our area and were impressed with the attention to detail. They were at our home when our insurance company came to inspect the roof, and the pictures they had taken gave no room for argument. Our roof was approved! Within days a crew was on-site, and the old roof was cleared completely, architectural shingles installed , and the yard was so clear of debris we could walk barefoot. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. We are delighted with our new roof and they made the process so easy. We HIGHLY recommend Pink Gorilla Roofing!

C&C roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Tony was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. No high pressure sales or unnecessary add-ons. Useful options, to not only meet, but exceeded our expectations. Our new roof looks great! I highly recommend using C&C for any roofing needs. Employees did everything to protect our home from arrival to removal of all debris, to great looking roof. Proceed right and warranty for material and labor gives peace of mind. I highly recommend!

I JUST had my 20 year old roof replaced. I was dreading the process. Instead, I had the best experience with « Kyle » at Pink Gorilla Roofing. If anyone needs a new roof, I would recommend them hands down. After each work day, the grounds were picked up and left pristine. This company might be great when you have a check from your Insurance Company and there doing the work, but what about when your paying out of pocket because its not covered by your insurance, like my case?. I have a simple small leak over my garage due to the fact that when my roof was replaced in 2008, when the Hail came. The roofer left the old Flashing, now I'm no Roofer but I'm know fool either. This is what I got from them: Good morning!We were able to confirm with our repair manager that your repair job is quoted at $800.00, with additional for labor and materials. This additional will be confirmed once the job is in progress. If you’d like us to proceed with scheduling this appointment, please reply to this email and we will get our repair representative in touch with you, who will be able to explain this further.And after I read it Twice...because I couldn't believe what I was reading...I just had to call them, to confirm what I was reading.. and when I got someone on the phone and they confirmed what I was reading I just said " are you'll crazy?, so what's the $800.00 dollars for?...three times I ask that and they had know answer....SMH...it's all a ripoff, the Insurance companies know it, that's why our home Insurance keeps going up, and if you let them there rip you off too...

Maddux came and knocked on our door asking if we’d like a free roof inspection. Turned out with had a lot of damage and the roof needed replacing. Maddux got the insurance adjuster out in a timely manor and the company did a great job replacing our roof. We really enjoyed Maddux he was a great salesman and very pleasant to speak to. We will be using this company again!

C&C Contractors (aka C&C Storm Restoration, Inc.) recently replaced the 15+ year-old roof on our house. The entire process was professional and courteous and pleasant. Tony Bailey oversaw the project, with expert assistance from Alain and Chandler. They quickly identified the source of the leak coming into my upstairs bathroom, and we discussed several options for addressing it, from simply mending the source of the leak (degraded sealer around the plumbing pressure vent) to completely replacing the roof. Their bid for a complete replacement was competitive with another company we had contacted, so we chose C&C on the basis of their professionalism and flexibility. We chose to upgrade to architectural shingles due to the longer life and increased resistance to wind damage.The project was scheduled for a Saturday and was completed in one day. Alain visited during the project and made sure everything was being done to spec. The cleanup was very thorough. The only thing I can criticize them for was the delay in removing the dumpster from our driveway, which did not occur until I called the dumpster company myself after three days had passed. In fairness, a major storm system hit Georgia the day after our roof was done, with tornadoes in the south part of the State that caused widespread damage. Tony warned me that they would be diverted to that area for a bit, and apparently the order to remove our dumpster got lost in the shuffle.On balance, a very professional and high-quality job. I would definitely use C&C Contractors again.

C&C Storm Restoration was a great company to work with. The representative they sent out (Ryan) was very helpful and explained every detail to me. I was given a quote within a few hours and 3 days later I had a new roof!! The other two companies that came out to look at my roof were "2-3 weeks out" for the installation of a new roof but not C&C! I would highly recommend C&C Storm Restoration over ANY other Atlanta roofing company!

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I'm not even sure where to begin to describe how horrible this company is, specifically the owner Jeremy.Here's just a few issues I ran into:- they installed defective shingles on the roof, which should have been spotted prior to installation- the shingles were not nailed down in several spots - just left sitting there- when I brought the issues to Jeremy's attention, he told me that the crew that was assigned to my roof is not a crew they work with anymore because of poor quality- They then sent that same crew to my home without notice, absolutely terrifying my wife and child as we were not expecting a group of 5 men suddenly showing up at our house. I called the police only to find out this was a crew from C&C. No one from C&C would come back to speak with the police about what happened- after the roof starting leaking, Jeremy sent someone out to 'repair' it which included painting over the stain on our ceiling. Of course this did not repair the leak.- the shingles around the skylight were placed vertically - not horizontally - which makes them completely useless- the skylight flashing was improperly installed, which is the cause of the leakI'm now paying $1500 to another contractor to repair the issues from C&C/Pink Gorilla. By far the worst experience I've ever had from a contractor!!Service: Roof installation
