We couldn’t be happier with Preferred Exteriors and Camaro Montgomery. Every step was communicated and followed through. The day of the install they were here at 7:20am and they worked all day and they left the house and yard in perfect condition. We were very happy with Nathen ( our supervisor of the crew). He kept in touch with us through the day and stayed till all the clean up was done. Everyone was extremely professional and was always making sure we were taken care of. After hail storm, Cameron was the first roofing company to come by and offer their services. Everything went exactly as scheduled the costs were as they quoted the first time. Work was done very quickly and correctly. He came by several times afterwards to make sure everything was done correctly. Preferred Exteriors delivered a Premier gutter system home improvement project for our family home. Just as CEO Cameron suggested, the black gutters, downspouts and gutter guards created classy, curb appeal to our 1960s plantation brick ranch home!Prior to beginning the project, Preferred Exteriors Gutter System Designer Ed, drove 50 miles and spent nearly an hour explaining the best design process for our home. Cameron and Zach were great from the start. We were rather skeptical our insurance would cover what was clearly extensive wind and hail damage due to a prior experience with a rather shady company trying to file a claim in our behalf. Cameron was forthright from our first conversation about the process, transparent about every move and was completely respectful of our time. He always followed through on everything he stated within expected time frames. My roof needed to be replaced. I had an old style shingle that is known for problems and cannot be repaired. The insurance company originally was willing to only repair the damaged areas. Cameron, through hard work and perseverance showed them that a repair was not feasible and the entire roof had to be replaced. The replacement went very smoothly. The area was completely cleaned up of nails and debris after the installation.
