A big thank you to Chris Dean for making the process of getting my new roof so easy! He explained everything about our Lowes roof project. RCB Roofing did a great job on our roof! From taking the old one off and putting the new one on! The installers did a great job of cleaning up our yard and driveway spotless of any debris! I am very happy with our new roof, even getting complements from my neighbors! I would definitely recommend RCB Roofing!

Amazing job and quality work. When they say customer satisfaction is their top priority, they mean it. I went through Lowe's in order to replace my roof and RCB is the contractor they sent. There was a little miscommunication between Lowe's and RCB in some details, mainly the skylights, but it was resolved quickly. As you can see in the first 2 pics, the flashing can be seen under the skylights, although not a big deal, I did request from Lowe's that the flashing not be seen. This detail was left out and RCB was not aware of it. Upon completion of the installation we contacted RCB about it and they were out the very next day and within a few minutes they had the flashings covered, as can be seen in the last 2 pics. From start to finish, this crew did an amazing job. My wife is happy with the new "House Hat", so I'm very happy as well. From the moment Steve, the Sales Manager, contacted me to the end of the job, the experience was positive. Steve and Clay, the Project Manager, treated me with courtesy, respect and consideration. Their communication was exemplary and always focused on meeting my needs. This was not an easy job and I am grateful for the hard work they and the crew did. Steve is so well suited to his job in his ability to establish connection, provide clear guidance and understanding and Clay is so diligent and mindful of always providing satisfactory customer service. Impressive all the way round!
