Andrew always makes sure that I am informed of the status of the claim, the next step of project, and all the details on the contract. Regal Roofing help us to inspect our house's roof for Hail damage, successfully file a claim for us and installed a new architecture single roof for us.The whole process is smooth and effortless. We are very happy!Thank to to Mr. Justin Mallard. He did the roof inspection for us first time on Dec. 2021, and he found hail damage. Since We did not like to have the roofing replacement done in winter time, and ask him to come back in spring next year. He did come back on March 2022. He help us to file a claim to our insurance and successfully get payment. He is very professional, patient and friendly guy.The installation process is also good. The day before the installation, a trailer is parked to our driveway first, and a few hours later roofing materials are unloaded to other side. This is the time for you to move you car out of your garage, before your driveway is fully blocked.The roofing team come next day. They cover the shrubs before their work. The replacement work takeonly one day. Surrounding area are cleaned after their work.The trailer was taken away on the next day. Great, we can move our car in/out now. But there are some extra singles left on other side of my driveway. It take one more day to haul them away by the company.Service: Roof installation

Prompt communication and great recommendations when we were picking the right shingle type and color, straight to the point insights about cost-to-benefits, etc. Turnaround between getting in touch with them and having the roof installed was quick! Install team was professional, limited noise as much as they could, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards! Team worked fast and final product looks awesome! Couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend to anyone interested in a new roof or for anyone with storm damage or similar! We couldn't make a claim due to the age of our roof when we bought the house, but pricing was still great for the outcome. Thanks team!

We were very pleased with the service Regal Roofing performed for us. We had a great sales person named Andrew Page who constantly let us know all of the details for the installation of our roof. I have never seen such hard workers all the way from the person installing the roof to the person who constantly picked up the debris from the old roof. After the installation and clean up, Andrew Page came back and spent two hours with a magnetic tool to find any loose nails that had fallen. Our experience with Regal Roofing exceeded our expectation. We dealt with Mr. Ryan Bennett, a Kentucky claims specialist, and he made the entire process really easy. He handled the entire roof damage claim directly with my insurance company and planned/executed new roof installation within a couple weeks. Notably, Ryan was always available (even when I had questions at 11PM), communicated well, and seemed honest. I never felt like I was being pressured or upsold. Brad submitted all the paperwork on my behalf and met the claims adjuster at my house and did all the communication so I didn't have to. Brad and the entire Regal Roofing team was amazing. I typically enter every meeting with contractors with skepticism and doubt as to whether or not they will deliver. Brad was extremely knowledgable about the entire process and laid out the steps from claim to install to final payment very clearly. The crew sent to install the roof were nothing less than world class. Every appointment, drop off, install, pick up, and inspection was clearly communicated and delivered ON TIME. Such a rarity right now. If all that was not enough to convert my skepticism, I found less than 10 nails after the whole thing was done. Regal Roofing installed my new roof a few months ago. I was out of town while it was being installed and came home to find that a different shingle than what I was expecting was installed due to a misunderstanding between myself (green to roofing) and my sales rep. I wasn’t sure how this would be resolved as it was an entire roof that was the problem and obviously and expensive fix. I contacted my sales rep and discussed the issue with him. He immediately contacted his boss and took accountability for the part he played in the miscommunication and I know that had to be a pretty difficult phone call to make, but he did it anyway. After talking to the owner and the sales rep, they agreed to fix my roof and put on the right shingle. I have to say that is pretty unbelievable customer service.
