Worst work I’ve seen. Extremely poor workmanship that will cause problems for me in the future. Paid for trim repair and kickout flashing installed.As you can see the quality of work was very very poor and not likely to hold up over time. Caulking and paint was sloppy. Cigarettes were left in my lawn, paintbrushes were washed out on property resulting in white paint splashing onto and staining plants, and one plant included in image was damaged by having one of the main branches ripped off.Main office made reasonable effort to help remediate but it’s clear the instillation team was wildly inexperienced for this job.Service: Roof repair

We finally decided to replace our 20 year old roof a few weeks ago on our ~1500 sqft house with a steep pitched roof. We shopped around for a bit and we decided to go with Roberts because they were less expensive than other quotes we received from larger roofing outfits and we like the idea of supporting a small, local business. After we decided to get the new roof, they came out to start the project within a week. We have a tight lot and some nice landscaping in the front and back yard and they did a good job not damaging any of this. They ended up completing the roof in two long days. After a few days, Falan came out the following day and did a walk through with me. I told her we were very happy with the roof, but I noticed the roofing crew forgot to replace some screens we had over existing roofing vents to keep rodents out. She sent someone back out within the next few days to reconcile this. There were a few little bits and nails here and there that I found afterwards, but I thought they did a very good job cleaning up over all. All-in-all we are ecstatic with the quality of the new roof and our experience working with Keith, Falan, and the roofing crew. I would highly recommend Roberts Roofing and Restoration to anyone.Service: Roof installation

Excellent service and results! They really listened to what I needed to be done since it went beyond just replacing the roof. I needed a fair amount of repair to rotten boards and needed new gutters and wanted them to paint the repaired area to match the house. I had several contractors come out and give estimates but I felt like they weren't really getting what I was asking for and I was worried that I would end up having to hire another contractor to finish the job. Because I am selling my house, I needed everything to be done quickly and correctly the first time. I went with my gut instinct and hired Roberts and was VERY pleased with their timeliness and results. Their prices were just as competitive as everyone else I had to come and bid on the job, within a couple of hundred dollars. They did the job quickly and left no mess behind. I highly recommend them.

Keith Roberts is a wonderful guy, who is knowledgeable, fair, and very professional. His team did a great job roofing our home and our workshop in August 2020. Our home looks so much better with a new roof!!! Their quote was detailed (unlike other quotes we got), the pricing was fair, communication was great, and the work was high quality. Keith has been in the roofing business for a LONG time! He is a fantastic resource of roofing information, and he was so helpful about explaining the options he thought best for our project—he didn't try to upsell us on more expensive solutions. He didn't rush us through our questions, and I learned a lot about roofing in the process! Keith, Falan, Adan, and crew did such a fabulous job on our 1920s home! A trusted roofing company recommended I reach out to Roberts Roofing and Restoration to get an inspection on our century-year old clay tile roof, and to quote out new gutters, fascia and soffit repairs, and some related work on our home.After Keith came out and did a thorough and patient inspection (answering all of my questions!), Falan sent over a detailed quote and timeline.My husband and I decided we'd love to go ahead and add on a whole home repainting (exterior brick that was painted and weather-worn when we bought the home) and window conditioning and repainting, as well. Had Roberts Roofing repair two rotted areas of soffit. They opened everything up and found more water damage which they explained to me and then charged a reasonable amount to fix. Also had them paint around 300' of fascia and soffit all around the house and they did a fantastic job. They were the most reasonably priced of the estimates I got.

Keith and his team at Roberts Roofing and Restoration are amazing. They work with precision and accuracy down to the smallest detail. Our 100+ year old house needed all new siding and roofing and they did a spectacular job. My wife and I are ecstatic with the work! Look no further for a local company that knows their stuff.

I scheduled an appointment with Roberts Roofing to get an estimate for my roof repair. It was scheduled for 11/29 at 12:00. Around 9:30 am I received a call stating that they had a truck breakdown and that someone else could do the estimate at 10:30-10:45. I called back 20 minutes later to confirm only to get voicemail. I waited and no one showed up. Again I called around 11:30 and received voicemail. I requested a return call but never received one. I called again at 12;30 and once again was sent to voicemail. Since I never received a response, I sent a followup email. Again, no response. So here I am one week later and still no communication from the company. Very poor customer service. I would give them 0 stars but it wouldn't let me post it.

I hired them a year ago for some gutter and roofing repairs to the front and back of my house in East Atlanta. Keith did not complete the work out back and stopped replying to my requests to complete the job. Now, a year later, the repairs in the front are failing and I'll need to hire someone else to redo the entire job. Beware of Keith. He is friendly and charismatic up front, but the work was incomplete and unsatisfactory and he disappeared. A complete waste of money and time.

I had some flashing repaired around a pipe on my roof. First off, the response time was great. I schedule over email an Exact time, and Keith was very prompt with our appointment. After letting him know the initial problem I asked him about some work our deck needed, and then some ideas for a Dream deck renovation. He sent me a quote same day for the flashing fix as well as a 3 phase quote on the deck scenario, including example photos. They were out to fix my problem within a few days. I really appreciate the response time to all my questions over email by Falan.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review for Roberts Roofing (Keith Roberts). Originally, I had provided a 5 star review based on the initial service and what I thought was a quality new roof. I was wrong...My roof is less than 2 years old and has now developed leaks in multiple places. At first was leaking skylights and that happened about a month after the new roof was installed. It took Keith and his crew about 5 visits to finally stop the leak and Keith kept insisting that it was my skylights causing the leak - in the end, it wasnt the skylights, but faulty installation/flashing.Now, a year later and my roof is leaking at the chimney (verified by looking in the attic and seeing physical water coming in at the base of the chimney/flashing). I have been trying to contact Keith about this leak now for over eight (8) weeks (nearly 60 days). Each rain, my ceiling becomes more and more damaged (the texturing has now cracked and fallen in several places and I now have multiple water spots on my ceiling). Ive left Keith at least six voice mails and have sent no less than four emails documenting the leaks and attempts made at contact. No calls or emails are being returned.I trusted Keith when selecting him and have documents as well as a verbal contract stating that he provides a 20-year warranty on workmanship and 30 years for materials. Apparently, that is all meaningless. Keith is a smooth talker and excellent salesman. He will be happy to tell you what you want to hear in order to win the job, but he will NOT stand behind his work or honor any warranty in the event you have problems after the work has been completed.Now, after spending nearly $13,000 on a new roof less than 2-years ago, Im left to find another roofer to fix the leak(s) and repair the ceiling at a cost of over $1,000.Beware when working with Keith Roberts!
