We had them replace our roof and when we hired them we showed them the main trouble spots and asked them to flash these problem areas more than they were since it would drip in our house. After they replaced our roof the drip truned into a torrent and they didn't want to come back to fix it we had to practically beg them to fix their poor quality work. Finally they fixed it. Now in my daughter's bedroom she has mold growing along the wall where they did a shotty job with the flashing. My daughter is very sick!! She takes medication to stabilize her mast cells that costs us over $3,000 every 90 days so she doesn't end up in the hospital with anaphylaxis. She has 5 epipens and take 12 5ml ampules of chromolyn sodium everyday just so she can have a handfull of safe foods. I fear this company has permanently disabled my child 😕 im posting pictures of her water damaged room behind the head of her bed and her medication with mold growing on it...the same medication she takes for her allergies exasperated by the toxic mold exposure do to this company's negligence. They harmed my child's health and all i can do is leave this bad review...They also thought they got to keep ALL the insurance money that was to be used on the roof AND these types of repairs but they wanted it ALL! This is a greedy, negligent company.

Our roof was just completed. Gabriel handles our roof inspection and determined hail and wind damage. He handled everything with our insurance company and we were approved for a deductible only new roof. His professional and knowledge assured this process. Cannot say enough good things about Roof Us.Danny came out took several photos of our hail damaged roof & promised to meet with our insurance inspector when he was scheduled.Day of inspection our inspector arrived 2 hours early, I called Danny & he rushed over and handled everything.We now have a gorgeous new roof that was professionaly installed by a huge crew who finished in one day. I was kind of skeptical about the whole insurance paying for my roof thing after dealing with another company but after speaking with Brett at Roof Us Roofing I knew I was in the right hands. He walked me through the entire process from doing a free inspection to check for damage to calling my insurance and meeting their adjuster at my property to ensure they paid for my roof. Not only did they get my roof paid for they were able to get the insurance to pay for new gutters as well. Donavan's team performed free inspection, contacted my insurance to start the claim process, installed the roof, thoroughly cleaned the yard and came back to make minor repairs caused during the process. Salesman (Victor Sanchez) was great! His appointments were always on time. Roofers did an amazing job reroofing home but there work around chimney was HORRIFIC! Looked like a gorilla did work. Had to get them back out several times to fix leaks. Just put out a thousand dollars to get someone out to fix correctly.Service: Roof installation

Gabriel Amba came by the house and convinced me to inspect my roof for damages. I told him my insurance denied me last year and that they mostly will deny me again. Very good and professional guys. They were consistently in communication with me. I have no issues whatsoever. When work started on my house, there was a bilingual site manager there at all times that addressed any concerns (I wanted to ensure my gutters got cleaned and a satellite dish was removed). It’s been about 2 weeks since my roof was completed and they still call each time it rains to verify all is still well.

A storm had hit our neighborhood, me and my husband filled a claim with a roofing company but got denied by Allstate. A year later a gentleman Gabriel Amba from ROOFUS came by and we told him no Allstate won’t buy our, instead of walking away he showed a portfolio of job he had done with Allstate and that he can get us a new roof. So my husband and I gave him a chance a week later Allstate approved us for a new roof and they paid for it the same day they came out. What amazed me the most is the Quality of the done Gabriel did on my ROOF.Thank you Gabriel.
