From the initial quote all the way through final installation, Charlie at Rosie’s roofing was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and informative. I got a fair price on my full roof replacement, which was precipitated by a leak. No more leaking and I found a trustworthy roofing company I would work with again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, just truly amazing working with Charlie and Rosie's Roofing. I originally got a quote, and Charlie mentioned that I could get away with a few more years just repairing the roof (the only one of the four quotes that mentioned that!). Unfortunately, my insurance company came by just a week or so later to tell me that I needed a new roof to keep my policy, so we went with the full roof replacement.Our job was somewhat complicated (we needed new bracing in the attic, new fascia for gutters, added gutters, added chimney caps, AND we had some unexpected masonry work that needed to be done to add the flashing for the roof around the chimneys). Charlie and his crew were so understanding and took all of the hiccups in stride.Can't recommend him enough! His subcontractors were also awesome (Antonio for all of the fascia/attic bracing and the gutter crew). They also had a reasonable estimate to boot! Highly highly recommend

I had a really good experience with Rosie's Roofing. Courtney did a good job analyzing what work had to be done (which turned out to be less than I feared), and coming up with a reasonable estimate. She was honest and straightforward in her dealings with me. Her crew, headed by Raul, was also excellent. They worked long and hard, and were concerned to do a good job. They kept me informed and showed me exactly what they were doing and why. They also kept a clean and organized work site, and made no unnecessary noise. I appreciated that because I've had complaints from neighbors when I've used other contractors, and I got no complaints this time. On the contrary, my neighbors came up to me afterward and told me they were very impressed with my roofers.

And they handled some minor incidental damage very quickly and professionally (damage that they technically caused, but that they could not have known to anticipate and avoid). Charlie and the guys from Rosie's Roofing were great. they were on time and considerate. completed my new roof in one day. cleaned up. someone came back the next day to go over the ground one more time with a magnet to make sure they had gotten any nails that had hit the ground. and then... it started to rain all week. so glad i got my new roof. i highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Rosie's. Our roof and gutters were damaged from a hail storm and we're so glad we reached out to Rosie's for the replacement work. Courtney was our account consultant and she took care of every single detail, including going back and forth with the insurance company. We even needed to move the dumpster trailer unexpectedly and Courtney went above and beyond to work with the team and help move it. This roofing company was head and shoulders above other vendors when it came to the bidding process. They spent over 2 hours going over the outside of the house and also spent a good amount of time up on the roof to check for damage. They took pictures and shared with the homeowner their recommendations for all necessary repairs, and had a good selection of options for roof and gutter replacement. The prices were very fair.The team worked smoothly and efficiently to complete the work in a timely manner, and left the site very clean. They are always pleasant on the phone and answered any questions we had about the process. The personalities of the bidder, the workers and the office staff make it a pleasure to work with them. We could not recommend them more highly.

These people are simply the best. Do yourself a favor and use them for all your roofing needs! They actually climb onto your roofs instead of using drones to diagnose issues- learn from my mistakes and pass on those companies. Additionally, their prices can’t be beat. I had a great experience with Rosies from start to finish. First of all, Courtney came over and did a very thorough estimate. She went up on the roof, took photos, and a video, went out to her car and did a detailed estimate on the spot and then came into my house and explained everything to me. She showed me the videos of problem areas on the roof, explained exactly what should be done, and explained the terminology on the invoice, as well as how, and when it could happen. We got along great, and I knew I wanted to work with her. But to be responsible, I got two other bids from comparable companies. All three bids were close in price, but none of them were as detailed as Rosie’s, and I did not have interactions with the employees on the other ones. Also, one of them did not get back to me when they said they wpuld and it took actually about five days just to get the bid. So I really appreciated having the estimate on the spot. The price was very reasonable, the workers arrived promptly and cleaned up, well, and everyone was in good communication with me during the project itself. After a hail storm recently, I called Rosie’s Roofing to see if we had any hail damage on our fairly new roof. Courtney was very responsive and came out within a few days. She didn’t find any hail damage, but she did find a couple points of concern that she photographed and talked me through. She was extremely prompt about scheduling a technician to come double check the situation, and he gave me a rundown about how the roof looked. I didn’t end up needing repairs, but I almost wish I did so I could hire them! Courtney was super friendly, communicative, and organized, and her technician David explained thoroughly what was going on with my roof. I would definitely hire them for any future roof-related issues.

Our roof had a leak and Rosie's roofing came out to do an inspection which provided great photos of the issues and a quote explaining how the problem would be fixed. Working with Adrienne on the estimate was very helpful and I appreciated how quick they were to get out and inspect the issue. We ultimately went with a different vendor but appreciated the service from this company.

Rosie's Roofing are old school professionals! They were responsive, took time to listen to us about our ongoing leak issues, and spent quite a bit of time inspecting the problem. They wanted to be sure the leak got fixed and so far so good after a few storms.We have a flat roof modern with a rooftop deck. Others either tried to do a quick patch-work job or turned us away because the style of roof is too challenging to work with.Charlie was easy to talk to, talked us through the various options, and maintained great communication with us - even checking on us a few times after to be sure we were happy.
