Dirk G. Mgr at Ryno Roof Systems, was very responsive to fulfilling my request to having one of his technicians come by my house on the same day I called, to assess my roof leak, initially reported by the installers of my new Furnace and AC system. This Company was able to send two roofing technicians to my house, prior to an upcoming forecasted major rain storm.Dirk and his crew, went above and beyond the norm, when they performed a timely repair and complete roof inspection and performed both the repair along with additional preventative maintenance, all services provided at in a very affordable price.My wife and I would definitely recommend Rhino Roof Systems to anyone, needing a customer friendly and capable roofing company. We will be contacting Dirk again, should we require additional roof repair or replacement work:

I was referred to Ryno Roof by a business friend and contacted Dirk for a roof leak issue in a school classroom. Dirk responded immediately and came over with his crew to access the situation. The problem was fixed that day. Dirk was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Pricing for this repair was also very reasonable.I would recommend Ryno Roof to anyone for excellent service.

Dirk was fantastic to deal with. He was very easy to communicate with, came on time, was thorough with the work (shared pictures and details of what he saw), and shared a plan for what he would recommend. My house was hit by a tree in the middle of the night. Ryno Roof Systems responded quickly with a temporary tarp to stop further damage. Not only did Ryno do quality roof and siding repairs for me, but they easily navigated the complex communications with my insurance company and even successfully negotiated additional coverage that my adjuster missed. We were kept informed throughout the process and the entire experience resulted in minimal stress for me. Further, during the storm repairs, I requested a skylight - outside of insurance scope - which they seamlessly installed. Ryno Roof Systems is now the only roofing company I call for all my roofing needs. I have used them for smaller jobs since the tree damage, but they do not put any less importance on the work. I solicited bids from Ryno, Bell, Castle, Echols, Samples, and a general contractor. I kept notes throughout the process, and here's why I selected Ryno over the others:What Ryno Did Well* Clear communication with only one person. In a few instances with other companies, an admin was involved. This made it much more challenging for me to keep companies and bids straight.* Detailed Proposal. I asked everyone for a lot of detail so that I could understand options and where decisions were being made by me or on my behalf.* Detail Orientation and Flexibility. Many of the small things I asked for in the initial conversation were included in the final proposal.* Onsite Visit before Eagle View. Getting the Eagle View was great, however my roof has some specific challenges that are not visible from the EV only.* Onsite Visit to discuss the Proposal. The close begins when the proposal happens. I had a lot of questions after each proposal I received, and the winning vendor was the only one to walk me through the proposal and answer questions. We also discussed products to be used, and upgrade options. Ultimately, I elected to go with an upgraded pipe boots and a shingle that does not allow algae to grow on it, as a function of copper integrated into the shingle* Did not try to hide things. A corollary to this is "answered all my questions".InstallationRyno was on time, and the rubber-tire dumpster trailers were here before they arrived. We had two layers of shingles on my house, so it took a lot of time and cleanup to get the roof prepared. Ryno also found that the flashing I had installed by my pest control company was deficient in a few places, which Ryno fixed without further costs.The installation staff was courteous, and all wore orange Ryno shirts to indicate that they are installers. Plastic tarps were laid all around the house, and Ryno came back an extra day to do the clean up, which was stellar.I know the other companies I solicited bids from are great, but I'm very happy I chose Ryno.
