They have terrible customer service. We had them come out to give us a quote and they were suppose to let us know when they were coming so we could be home and they did not. Then they were suppose to give us a line item quote and they did not. The quote we got was one large total' and we were having multiple things done. When I ask about this Fred told me to tell him which item we wanted to remove and he would give me the quote then. That depending on what it was it would not go down that much. Then they gave us a start date and had not received the deposit in the mail even though I told them it had been mailed out. I had to call them the morning they were suppose to be at my house to be told they were not coming. I had taken of work. All of this before they even started the job. We canceled the job and went with another company. Very unprofessional and poor service.

The team at SIR is very responsive, and will bend over backward to help. I’m a realtor. When stucco issues arise, this is the company I call first. Bernadette is wonderful, and Fred will move mountains to get things done properly and on time. Fair and honest company that aims to please.
