The Skyfall experience was fantastic. The crew was courteous, hard working and efficient. Their organized approach allowed them to complete the entire job in about 10 hours, start to finish, all in one day. When the the roof was finished, the crew did a very thorough job of cleaning up. Laurence is pleasant and professional. He personally walked the entire finished roof and shot a narrated video so we could see every area clearly. This was a five star, top shelf job. We are very happy.

I Highly recommend SKYFALL roofing for roof replacement; here are the key reasons: 1) if an insurance claim can be filed, Laurence will find it. His due dilligience was extremely impressive. No other roofer took this step. 2) Excellent communication: I was fully briefed regarding each phase of the process including materials utilized and why, warranties, # of crew on site, start and finish times; 3) Clean up and post installation inspection was detailed. I was initially timid since they approached us immediately after the storms. However, they put tarps up on our damaged roof then asked us if we wanted to do business. Our contact was Mercedes and she was very professional. She help with our insurance adjuster and tenant. I would use Skyfall again.

After a storm caused extensive hail damage to our roof, we needed to replace the 20 year-old original so I contacted three different companies. Skyfall differentiated themselves immediately when they examined ALL of my roof, not just a 10’ x 20’ area like the rest of the roofing companies. Additionally, they documented other areas that needed repair such as flashing that the other roofers missed. Laurence McCullough and Tate Davidson not only “talk the talk” but also “walk the walk”. This was proven several times, e.g., persistent communication with our insurance company. They met the adjuster onsite, stayed in touch with him after the inspection and worked through some different evaluations with him that netted me a surplus. Additionally, their crew arrived when they said they would arrive and Tate and Laurence were on premises throughout the install, ensuring that all was done right and found (and took care of) additional wood rot that had been overlooked. They took extra special care in protecting and saving my flower gardens from damage and completed very thorough cleanup and nail removal inspections afterwards. Laurence and Tate are complete professionals.
