Alejandro and his team are a great team to work with! They fought really hard to get my damaged roof covered by my insurance (do not go with Allstate) to no avail but gave me the best quote and were diligent and hardworking. Alejandro is super responsive and knowledgeable. This is probably the best experience I could possible have with getting my roof replaced. They replaced my roof, repaired my trim, added gutters and removed my very risky chimney stack. Definitely recommend 100x over. He and his team kept me updated the entire time, communicated needs timely and was really on top of it. Thanks Alejandro!!

Alejandro is my go-to call when I need contractor help. He and his team are quick to follow up and really know how to work with insurance companies to get the best-possible outcomes fr claims / damage.They were my first call after our washer flooded our lower level. They worked quickly to get in touch with our insurance company. We walked through our goals/wishes for reconstruction and in about 6/7 wks we had a brand new lower level. Quality of the work was great … fit/finish and upgrades looked even better than we were hoping for. Best part is Alejandro and his guys are always reachable and eager to make things right.

Disappointed in this company!Communication sucks! They speak bad broken English or not at all. I had to pull out my translator bc the one person who is the owner, who did speak English (Alexandro) never showed back up and all he wants to do is text you versus call you like a professional! They showed up the day before when I wasn't home without warning or notice with a hugh dump truck. The guy was pushy and forceful with my son and insisted that he had to leave it in my drive way. So know we had to park across the street for 4 days! Bc that's how long it sat there bf they came to get it.No appointment times are given but when YOU ASK for a time because you have too, they show up late or not at all. They say work was approved but when they come to do it it's actually was not approved. Inside laundry room needed a ring around the vent painted due to water damage. They sent a guy who knew nothing about painting. He made a complete mess! He appeared to be a family who was just given a so called simply job to do but knew nothing about the job itself! He finally gave up and left bc he was tired and frustrated. He left paint everywhere (the floor and base boards) but where it should've been, like the walls. They asked if I wanted them to come back and spot touch it up it. What? Really? I want my laundry room painted by an actual profession who know what he is doing and to fix this mess that was left that had my laundry room looking like trash! Some Profession painters finally came out and fixed the mess.The roofers came, placed tarp everywhere, damaged and flattened all my landscaping flowers from all the shingles being thrown off the roof. I was then not satisfied with the roof because alot of shingles were not flatten down. Alexandro said that they don't normal do roofs during this time (so, why the hell you doing my roof then?!) but the heat during the summer will flatten them. But if I was not satisfied in 2 weeks he would come back. Two weeks of 80 degrees and above weather passed but shingles still looked the same. Alexandro still texting after asking not. Alexandro never came back but instead sent 2 elderly men and maybe his wife. The ladder and he almost feel going up. He tried to hammer the shingles down, umm. Apparently, he also knew nothing about the job. They tried to minimize my concerns while talking on the phone but I know some Spanish to tell them differently! The following week they were suppose to came back but never showed, Alexandro never returned phone call. A few days later he finally called back but knowing they failed to show up. They eventually came the end of the week and attempted a repair. I'm just fully frustrated over all with this company and will just have to wait until next summer to see how it will turn out. If I knew it took this much energy to deal with this company I would've waited for the next roofers to knock. Good luck to you if you use these roofers!
