BEACON MIGHT HAVE ALL THE PRODUCTS YOU NEED BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. SALES ASSOCIATES DONT KNO THERE MATERIALS..IT TAKE TIME JUST TO FIND THE ITEM YOU WANT, then the guys in warehouse takes forever to bring your items out.. PACK A MEAL IF YOU HAVE TO VIST THIS LOCATION!!!! Seriously

This distributor leaves a lot to be desired from a customer service perspective. They are not willing to think outside of the box to provide good customer service or go above and beyond. It feels more like people just punching the clock that have no interest in going the extra mile to satisfy their customers when unique situations arise.

If you a flatbed truck driver making delivery here.You need check in at 6:30 am but they start receiving at 9:00 am and stop receiving at 1:00 pmAvoid this mess up.place if you could thank me later . you be here for a while .

After 4 or 5 years of coming into this place of business and given that I am severing my relationship with the company who has an account with them I will have the opportunity now to voice my opinions. Despite coming in all of the years you'll be lucky if they ever remember your name or even what company you work for. I have found that the majority of the staff are not friendly including the yard staff. Who are likely to ignore you for 30 minutes while waiting for your materials You may even stand at the counter and be ignored. Their prices agreeably are some of the lowest of all of the major suppliers but the customer service is some of the poorest I've ever encountered in 24 years of roofing around the Metro. As far as suppliers go good luck cultivating any relationship with this place of business. It is highly likely that if you go in in a positive mood you will most likely walk out the opposite. It is disappointing when such a large and diverse company who provides a vast array of roof materials is unable to provide any level of quality customer service or organization.
