We had Elite Roofing assigned to us by our home warranty company. Ill be honest, most of the contractors that a home warrant company assigns for various items, I have had issues with. Well, this roofing company as restored faith they not all contractors assigned are bad. I was really impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and service by them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for personal use as well. Thank you and great work!

Elite Roofing was friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. They worked with ASH to get all of the paperwork submitted in a timely fashion to repair the leak in my roof. The work was completed on time and on point. Needless to say Atlanta weather did not disappoint by raining the same evening to test out the new roof repair and no leaks. I had a great experience, from scheduling all the way to repairs. I was informed of what the tech would do and he gave me an update of the work done. I absolutely love this company I hired them to repair my roof that was leaking really bad, craig came out took pictures and gave me very informative information about what issues my roof had. I hired them immediately because Craig was super nice and professional. I spoke with Rachel and Kai, both were so nice and patient with me. They answered all my questions and really helped me out. So far everything is great with my roof. I will definitely hire them again If I have any other roof issues. Thanks to them my worrying is over.

I had roof damage from a storm on July of this year. I submitted a ticket request to my home warranty and they assigned it to Elite Roofing. Immediately they contacted me with an appointment date and time. The appointment was a week away, but that was due to all the damage we had here in our city. Elite roofing kept in contact with me the whole time up until the appointment.When the crew showed up to do the work, they were in and out in a day. They stripped down the damage pieces and fix it within no time. I really appreciate the services and hospitality. And would recommend them to everyone.

This company was very organized, detail oriented, very good at following up and kept me informed the entire time. Provided video and photo footage of before and after work. Phone Receptionist was very nice and patient.I can be very thorough and demanding where it pertains to refusing to settle for less than excellent quality of care,Simply put, they lived up to my standards of care and I am hard to please.The only downside is, I requested a copy of the repair quote that was prepared and presented to my home warranty. Elite Roofing only sent me an email refleting only the work needed breakdown, minus the any dollar charges.That was a little insulting, as it implied I was not privy to "my warranty, that I pay for costs.It was an insulting implied! No, you can't see it. However, the work was way above exceptional quality on every other level. I would certantly use them again.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
