I've shopped at Home Depot for decades. And once again I've had employees, who while they were nice, didn't know how to say, "I'm not really sure" or "I don't know". Instead they chose to tell me incorrect info.Really I shouldn't be surprised. It's unfortunately what HD has become.I went to the Ace Hardware down the street and not only did they have the piece I needed, they also gave me actual tips on how to install it easier.

I want to give this location 5 stars but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I try to get something that wax mustache survey guy follows me around asking for a survey about being a home owner. He’s poached me three time at two locations in the last month. I’m not a home owner! he has also poached me at the Ponce location. I’ve told him to leave me alone but he just lurks like a predator. I’m just trying to get my items and leave. He doesn’t even help with looking for something he just points at an aisle and then right into his stupid survey.We are frequent customers due to landscaping but this man has made Home Depot the absolute WORST. I don’t even want to shop at Home Depot in the city limits.

This has become my favorite Home Depot. I went to two different Home Depot stores today and only one had great customer service. The other (Tucker location) had subpar customer service.The two stars at the Buckhead location that really helped me out today were Meliyah and Chris. These two went above and beyond! Hire more Chris and Meliyah’s please!

The store, in a great location to Pine Hills/Buckhead was well stocked, neat, clean, and well organized.The Lawn and Garden area was packed with plants and plant needs. However, not with what I sought.Customer Service was very busy with a moderate wait. Although a cheerful teammember was able to resolve my issue.Parking is plentiful - although challenging to negotiate or walk through.

Not only is the parking lot always full and just utterly chaotic at all times, but they don’t seem to manage their employees’ time well at all. I got here at 9:55 for a 10am tool rental pick up. It is currently 10:10, I am still in line, there are 6 people in front of me and the line has not moved since I arrived. There is only one person manning the tool rental area, however other employees seem to be walking in and around this area doing nothing. This is absolutely insane and so poorly managed. I would just leave if this wasn’t the only Home Depot in the area that has the tool I need available. Will not be returning.UPDATE: Was in line for a total of 1 hour and 6 minutes, and of course right as I was leaving someone else came to help…

Not only the largest Home Depot I've ever visited but it also has some of the most friendly staff. Toby was very knowledgeable about the store and provided some great advice for my kitchen DIY project.

Always a good experience at this location as far as I can remember and there are periods in the year when I'm in there for some reason. Many employees there have a knowledgeable background in many areas of building which is always a great help to me if I'm not very familiar with the things that I have to do. I've learned a lot from many of the people who work at Home Depot. And they have carts available 95% of the time just inside the store. It's always a pain having to go find one in the parking lot after your already in the store.

I did not feel safe in the parking lot Saturday Feb 17 at 9:30 am. Approached by two different aggrerssive panhandlers. One when I parked my car. Another when I was loading my purchases. Security patrol is needed in this parking lot ASAP. I live nearby and am aware of the issues - but this needs to be fixed if you want people to continue to shop at your store.

Train your customer service staff in the front properly. The young lady America needs a new attitude! How you make a mistake on a customer’s order and cost people money and time then have an attitude about your mistake???? Make it make sense?? When you make a mistake your supposed to be apologetic not have a nasty attitude. Morning shift is great. It’s that second shift that blows me every time! Every single day it’s always second shift!

This is the most well-lit, inviting, spacious, organized Home Depot I've ever visited. I nearly thought I was in the wrong store. We found everything we needed for a great value with a smooth checkout. Whether you live in a house, apartment, or van this depot will make it home.

Recently, my DYI journey has my energy on HIGH DRIVE. “FAST & CURIOUS BABEEE…Every time I visit this store …I CAN ABSOLUTELY SKIP YOUTUBE TUTORIALS & learn everything I need to know from equipment, supplies or “HOW TO”There has NEVER BEEN A MOMENT … No staff has not gone over & beyond… with effective knowledge bases… helping to load/unload w/o my request( thanks Ishmael) …patience to listen to my grand project idea and give great suggestions (thanks RICKY) … paint safety suggestions (thanks Jacob) … trim with safety precautions precision and learning curves(thanks ANDREW)..Last but far from least … the Mann of the hourMANAGER MARK COX who allow me to listen in on the morning Prep Team Meetings … check out the video GR family and see what the team says about US … their customers …wow GOOGLE REVIEW DOESN’T ALLOW VIDEOS (sorry, I couldn’t share) but side note … THEY FREAKIN LOVE US HERE!!!! Many employees but no one who comes up to ask you if you need help, I went to the painting area, there was no staff, I was stopped for about 20 minutes and no one ever came, I went to Lowe's and the difference is a lot. Then when I entered they asked me what I needed and I liked that and now I'm a new Lowe's customer.

One of the largest Home Depot’s I’ve been to. With a large parking lot to accommodate. The large plant life area is beautiful. With so many items to choose from there were not many employees to help locate anything. Actually I did cross paths with about six all of whom did not say hello nor did they ask if I needed any help finding anything. After I approached one for help thankfully he knew where to direct me and walked me over to the area, but quickly left before providing any further assistance. After I found my items I was surprised to finally get a hello, did you need help finding anything from the employee of the month in my book Mr SCOTT T. He also apologized for the other employees that didn’t greet us. Which was another great action by Mr SCOTT T. I liked the benches by the check out area and the large selection of appliances.

If you are looking to purchase appliances, I suggest you to go ANYWHERE else but Home Depot. Their contracted 3rd party delivery/install company for the metro Atlanta area is beyond nightmare. Paid $2200 for washer and dryer, took 2.5 weeks, more than 20 phone calls, 3 additional store visits , 3 deliveries to finalize. 👉🏼First delivery, they damaged the washer and showed up at the wrong time window. 2nd delivery they forgot about crucial parts and cannot install, brought the washer back and proceeded with a refund I did not authorize . Third time they again tried everything to say they cannot install and reluctantly proceeded after I refuse to back down. Then upon leaving , they tried to steal 3 unused parts (that are fully refundable to HD) until I stopped them. 👉🏼 the store staff at this location are very kind and eager to help , however when they directed me to their “costumer service specialist” Chris Boykin to resolve my on-going issue, he was not only defensive and argumentative on the phone, but also took very little accountability and proactive approach to resolve my problems. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

The POS that shows the amount of available tools for rental needs to be updated. I called and was told there were carpet cleaners in stock and drove for no reason to come and be told nonchalantly that I could “check the shelf to see if any of them worked”.

Absolutely fine service. I would recommend this homedepot to anyone they had exactly what I was looking for which was mold killing or removal substance's and an air conditioner. Everybody was extremely polite and helpful. Also no wait in line as well I would recommend this one above all others for sureeeeeee!🖖

This place sucks. I went in there today needing help deciding between two brands of mortar mix and wanted to know which kind to use for my job. The people in the flooring department were absolutely awful. I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I waited 30+ minutes. And after speaking to multiple associates, who all said they would get someone to come help me..: nothing. I had a truly terrible experience today and I am left spending $300 on a product that I hope is right

This location is next to a residential building. But they have a lot of late night activity going on. The garbage compactor making loud noises. Loud bangs coming from inside the back of the store that sound scary. Trucks delivering late at night.

You can find everything that you need to build anything. The staff is always friendly and they will help you if they can, if not, they would find someone who will do. But still need more construction equipment for little projects, I had been there looking some tools for small projects and I haven’t had luck finding what I’m looking for.

Wanted to buy a thrifty board but there wasn’t any barcode on the boards and no description label with barcode on the isle too to tell the price of the boards.I had to go to a ProServices guy after an hour to find the board on his system.

This location needs serious improvement. And after shopping for an hour. Someone moved my cart to customer service and I spent another hour searching for it. They were out of 3 needed items on the shelf and they were up high with no one to come get them down for me. All I got was an attitude when I tried to ask someone for help. Then, when I was ready to leave, I got ignored at the Pro Desk and had to go stand in a long Customer Services line to do a phone sale (during Pro Desk hours).
