I called to get an estimate on a roof that I WANT done. And the guy went off on me saying I Harassed him when all I wanted was an estimate I started laughing and he stated I called and harassed him when I was simple trying to get my roof done. I'll fine another company to give my money too... I am paying out pocket so I don't need there business.

The work, I imagine, was good. Time will tell, but they have good reviews. They tried to make the process easy by inspecting while we were at work. The problem is, they jumped the gun on actually doing the repairs. When they gave me the results of their inspection, recommended repairs and estimate, I told them it sounded good but I needed to talk to my wife first to make sure we're on the same page and ready to have the work done. I was told I'd be getting a call to schedule the repairs. My wife and I spoke and decided we weren't going to have the repairs done.The next phone call I got was them telling me they'd done the repairs and wanted to collect the payment. When reminded that I'd said I need to talk with my wife first, they actually told me that doesn't mean we weren't ready to have the work done. I beg to differ. They also told me whether or not we scheduled the repairs, the agreement to have it scheduled was enough to say we wanted the work done. I had agreed to a call back to schedule, not to have the work done. They told me those are the same thing. Mama's wrong again! The phone call I was promised is where I would've informed them we wouldn't be going forward with the work. They dropped the ball there, not me. Who just shows up to do expensive repairs with no scheduled time to have the work completed, no verbal agreement and no written agreement?? And then talks over the person you are wrongfully demanding money from?This was our experience. I acknowledge they tried to make it easy and likely did good work, but the management of this of all wrong and poorly done. The demanding money was poorly done. The threatening to put a lien on our house was poorly done. Just all around wrong. Two stars instead of one because the work was likely good.

Had two separate contractors do the work and estimate so it didn't seem like the one who conducted the work could be completely prepared for the job. He replaced one side of flashing when I was told he would replace all three sides. After the job, he left without notifying me. The contractor, James, and Will from Augusta Roofing and Siding called me 6 times between 8 and 10 pm on a Tuesday night and left 2 voicemails and a text message while I was trying to sleep in order to collect payment. When I called them the next morning, they said I could not pay with check and wanted me to pay credit/debit over the phone. I said I wasn't comfortable passing that info via phone so I had Will come to my house after work. When he showed up I had my debit card ready and he said, "Oh, I thought you were paying with check. There is a fee with card." That whole situation could have been avoided with just a simple invoice in the mail. I can't speak for the quality of work yet, but it seems like it's geared more towards temporary fix rather than permanent. Time will tell.Update: Will says he provided a discount even though I paid the full price that he quoted. I stand corrected about the contact attempts. I received four phone calls and a text message between the two from 8:55 to 9:00 pm. After last night's rain, I noticed that there is still a leak coming from one side of the chimney. I'm changing this review from 3 stars to 1 star for quality of customer service and work.

I called many Companies in and around Augusta in need of a roof due to a resent storm. Many said they would return my call but didn't. Augusta Roofing not only returned my phone call, but agreed to meet on the same day as the insurance adjuster. Well needless to say. My roof was destroyed on a Sunday Augusta Roofing provided me with a great estimate and promised me a new roof by the coming Saturday. They delivered. Thanks to Augusta Roofing and Siding I have a beautiful new roof. Thank you so much for your fast response and quality work.

Have had issues with this company! The owner Will doesn't take care of his customer's or any responsibility after the work is done. The first issue was my skylights began leaking after his company replaced my roof I called Will and he assumed NO responsibility and then when I put in a review offered me $500 credit for future work. Then get this he acted like he didn't know my number so contacted my mom to reach me! Then my roof had a leak and he sent contractor over and it really just needs a little caulking from where his workers took shortcuts and told me it would be $750 to fix it. No mention of the $500 credit or anything. Scam artist! Very unsat!

I live in Thomson, my family called to make an appointment for some storm damage to be looked at for an estimate for insurance.No call no show... then finally when the owner calls back, “the tech didn’t want to drive that far”Bad business model.*** added March 10th.The owner called my mother today, with threats of legal action from this review.They made an appointment, did not call or show, NEXT TIME DONT MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.Added July 17.If you notice by the other recent negative reviews. This owner only places blame when there are issues, and takes no accountability. “We don’t go there” “staff changes” “customer began yelling”Maybe it’s because you generally start the yelling sir. Like you did towards my mother.

Siding was needing repair and storm damaged. We called the best company in town to do the repair. We talked Will and he made sure we were taken care of. The damage was fixed will definitely call them again. My family and friends are going to be calling you all going forward and we thank you for being there when we need you. You are very kind, Will.

it was raining outside and for over the last 10 years we have had to have our skylights repaired. and for the last time We were done repairing them, I called 4 other roofers and no one answered the phone. I was very upset by the time I made my 5th and final call to Augusta Roofing and Siding. Will (the president) answered the phone and he was so understanding, we talked about a couple of options over the phone. I told him I understand that he would not be able to come look at it that day (this was about 2 in the afternoon) he said he would be there at 5:30 that day. i was very surprised and happy.He then called and said he could come sooner. Again Will exceeded my expectations he climbed in my attic and found ALL the leaks UGH. the very next day he and his very professional and nice repair man came out to fix them but could not find shingles to match (by this time I was ok because it stopped raining outside and inside) they set up a time for the next morning and showed up on time with everything they needed.

I called the number listed under the Google listing at 8:12 PM. The hours stated that the business closed at 9 PM. It obviously went to a cell phone not an office. A male answered and appeared to be bothered by my call. He asked if I could call back tomorrow. I agreed. He then phoned me back immediately and sarcastically asked what he could do for me at 9 pm?( It was really 8:12PM when I called) He was very unprofessional, as if he wanted a confrontation because I called a business that should have been open according to the hours listed in this Google listing. I explained that he seemed rude and that I was a customer trying to get information to resolve a problem that I was experiencing. He stated he did not care. That conversation was the most unprofessional response I have ever received when trying to inquire about a service. I would question this person's character.

Installed metal roof two years ago, has leaked twice already. Refused to fix, said warranty was only good for 6 months. Will was extremely unprofessional. Worst service I have ever had. STAY AWAY!

Made an inquiry via phone, most unpleasant & unprofessional person i've dealt with in the area. After wasting my time and being ignorant and rude, he finally answered the very first question i asked. Which was are you a supplier. Very full of himself..shouldn't be in customer service, this guy should hire someone who is courteous and personable to deal with the calls.
