We hired PuroClean after our house fire. They were prompt, VERY professional, and knowledgeable. They handled every detail with our insurance company, making the process stress-free for us. They provided excellent customer service. They took great care packing, cleaning and returning my furniture and personal belongings. After experiencing flooding in our basement, I contacted my insurance company who arranged for PuroClean to assess and remediate the situation. Curtis came out that same day and immediately went to work. He moved items off the wet carpet, then removed the carpet, and brought in equipment to dry out the area. It took 5 days to thoroughly dry out the concrete floor. During that time, Curtis came by every day to take moisture readings and inform me of the progress made. He is an excellent communicator and displays a level of professionalism that is quite rare these days.

Floyd & his crew were so helpful and careful with my items during an incredibly stressful time where mt neighbors caused water damage that ruined my floors. He was responsive and courteous and barely let me lift a finger both when they packed up my belongings and when they brought them back to my home. They were hired to complete clean up and renovations after a fire on the right side of a property, which only affected the exterior right side and three rooms on the interior. Only the wooden floors in the other rooms had to be redone to match the others. The fire happened March 2022, today is January 4th, 2023 and it is still NOT complete. This has greatly affected my insurance, cost me more money and time than I ever expected. This is an excuseless problem!!! Insurance companies can't believe it. I can't show it to potential tenants, and I am paying an astronomical vacant policy insurance premium, and YES, it is in part because they are NOT finished, according to insurance companies. All I constantly get is I am sorry, it's the subcontractor's fault, which at this point means nothing. Over 55,000 paid, STILL WAITING. They need to stick to basic mitigation ONLY!! This trash and debris was left on the ground for weeks by subcontractors, but was no one from PuroClean removed it until we told them to. I should not have to prompt them. Huge thanks to Missy, who always took my calls and kept me sane throughout the process and Daijia and Brandon, who did an amazing job of packing out my house with such positive attitudes. The first call placed and Danielle said she would try and have a crew out the same day. I received a call back within 30 minutes and she said Buddy and Mario would be at our house in an hour. They were prompt, thorough and so well informed. They were professional and took pride in their work! If you want to keep your stuff Don’t ever use this company. Theses people stole valuable property from my family. And claimed that it was damaged without even letting my family know or with their consent. They took advantage of our family knowing we was grieving the loss of my grandmother. On top of that we only got 1/4 of our property back. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and trust this company.
